Orillas was outstanding!! I'm a veteran chef of twenty years service and absolutely loved every bite!! Colby was our server and did a fantastic job. He was causal, knowledgeable, welcoming and attentive. I would have him serve in my restaurant any day. the good was expertly presented, authentic and most of all delicious. I would highly recommend orillas to any of my friends, family and guests looking for an authentic tapas experience. Casual, comfortable,a bit noisy (some baffling may be required) but overall just a pleasant and satisfying experience.
