Have been privileged to work with and get to know Kris over the last 18 months. The holistic approach he takes and applies is 1st rate. Kris has real compassion and empathy with an ability to connect ...on a deeper level all the while still giving you a push/nudge in the right direction and making you accountable towards your goals.
Kris was a huge help in aiding me with the planning and implementation of a development program and as part this was a guest facilitator at the event. He held the audience and the feedback already has been glowing.
I can’t speak highly enough of Kris and can recommend anyone looking for a coach/mentor to connect with him.

What I can say from a personal experience is that CHI-PT is not just about exercise, it is truly around health and well-being. You will not find more genuine or caring people not only with Kris and Tr...acey also with the people who are involved. Thanks Kris & Tracey for running the Chi NAB program! It was such a great initiative, I thoroughly enjoyed it and took a lot out of it. Your energy, enthusiasm, knowledge and overall out look on life ...is inspiring. I love how you work together as a team, both having expertise in different areas that complement each other, it works so well. The only thing I would have loved to include is a face to face session so we got to meet you both.

My staff’s well-being, mindset and health are the most important thing, so I engaged Kris to facilitate two face to face sessions.

My team loved the sessions, the tips, new ideas and tapping into Kr...is’ expertise and experiences.

My challenge to Kris was to deliver the same content to my entire team which covers SA, NT and WA, some 760 people.

Kris is always on a continuous improvement journey with everything he does. He came up with a Facebook live solution which delivered his key sessions to my team across Australia at a time and venue that suited them.

Kris and Trace are fantastic at what they do. Knowledgeable, caring, genuine, professional, engaging, fun, open, real, can do attitude and inspirational are some keys words that come to mind when I describe team Massie.

Kris has delivered much more than what he was engaged and indeed paid to do, I will be forever grateful for the individual support he provided some of my team and the friendship we now have.

Highly recommended for you and those important to you.

The presentation that Kris provided for the young players of the MSEFL, parents and coaches was superb. It was genuinely one of the best presentations that I have witnessed.

Kris is an amazing trainer, his positive energy is infectious, his EQ skills are superior and he is one of the most genuinely humble and authentic people I know. He takes the time to really understa...nd his clients and their needs, and not just their physical training needs but their wellbeing as a whole. Being a part of the Chi community has been amazing!!! Believe it or not I love getting up early to get to Light Square looking forward to catching up with everyone. The friendships, the encouragement,... the accountability, the banter and the fun is only part of it. I miss not seeing other members when they are away.
Not only have I made friends, I even go for a run by myself. I feel stronger, fitter, healthier and more confident even my family can see the changes not only on the outside but personally as well.
I've been a member of a gyms for around 20 years attended classes and even had a personal trainer and there are no comparisons to Chi. I recommend Chi to everyone who wants a lifestyle change its not about body image it's a personal journey with you that you don't do alone but with a cheer squad encouraging and cheering you along the way.
I can't imagine life without the Chi team.

If you are considering personal training, CHI PT has it all- with amazing support, health and lifestyle tips, lots of fun, good energy, and encouragement from one of the best trainers you could wish f...or. CHI PT is not like anything I have ever experienced before, and I feel lucky to have been involved.

Kris is one of those guys that really practises what he preaches- his holistic approach takes care of the mind, body and spirit (in a non-hippy way!) I love that training is tailored to suit individual needs and goals, and the support outside training (if you want it) keeps you on the right path. Kris really cares- taking the time to get to know you, and because of that, his clients reap the benefits.
Kris’ passion for feeling and being your best is contagious, and the results speak for themselves. He just really 'gets it.'

Recently, while on a short working-holiday in Adelaide, I joined Kris's classes for the 3 weeks I was in town. Even though I was only part of the group sessions for 3 weeks, I got so much out of them ...and achieved the goals I'd set out with Kris. Kris is a superb trainer - he listens, understands what you want to achieve and pushes you hard enough that you can achieve your goals, but with all the support, encouragement and fun needed to enjoy training. The group sessions are diverse and well laid out - there's something there that everyone will enjoy. Group numbers are kept small, so you get almost one-on-one training. I highly recommend Chi PT to anyone in Adelaide (or holidaying there!) wanting to benefit from small, personal group training sessions, filled with great people. I can't wait for my next trip to Adelaide to join the team again! See More

Kris' personal attention to each and every one of his clients is second to none, he really takes great care of us all on and off the "light".

Classes are kept to a small group and vary in class types... from day to day, giving great variety for all.

His personal mentoring is very encouraging and goes a long way to keep you focused on your goals.

You bring the goals and dedication - Kris brings the experience and the tools...

I have never experienced a gym, training group like Chi before and the results of the whole group speak for themselves...!!!

Kris combines his years of experience from being in the AFL system with a common sense approach tailored to suit all fitness levels.

I look forward to seeing the guys each and every session knowing we are all in it together.

Cannot recommend Kris highly enough for holistic training. The physical training is perfectly tailored with small enough groups of like minded people and the lifestyle coaching is amazing (no diets, n...o fads, just sensible advice tailored to your own goal). Dare to be different.....well Chi PT is. A big step up from the norm, it is not like your usual PT business. With small energised groups, the trainer Kris creates a culture of engagement, accountabili...ty, enjoyment and reward, providing a holistic approach to managing ones fitness.
