First of all let’s tackle the 60 day redemption
I do take issue with your statement claiming that you were so “fair and generous” as to “allow” me to have 2 unpaid visits. Which of my visits were unpaid? When pulling my visit history from your own site, I have only attended 29 classes.
1. 1/29/15 - redeemed my first 5 class Groupon deal and attended my last class under this special on 3/12/15.
2. 4/2/15 - purchased a 10 class punch card and attended my last class under this deal on 6/9/2015 (for your punch card deals I AM aware of that we have 90 days to redeem all classes purchased under the deal).
3. 7/6/15 - purchased a 5 class punch card that you all were running a special on. I attended my last class under this punch card deal on 8/18/15.
4. 12/7/15 - redeemed a 10 class Groupon special and to date I have only attended 9 classes under this deal. I was set to attend my 10th, and final class, on Monday March 7th.
Due to an injury I suffered on Sunday (March 6th) evening, I called you Monday (March 7th) morning to see if I could take my final class a week later. It was during this call that I was made aware of this false 60 day redemption
