I've eat here off and on all my life. My best friend and her mother work here when I was in high school. Love it I'm upset last Wednesday my husband called hey you want me to stop at chuck house I'm on this side of town bring dinner home. I'm like hack yeah, anyway he always orders the chicken fry steak gravy on the side. I alway get the chicken fry chicken dinner gravy on the side we also had t...he oldest here for the week so she got the same as here mom. We all got chicken fry chicken dinner which my husbands hates that and they was all smother in gravy the plus we got a salad with the go order that was nice because if you dine in you pay for the salad. Called and no help on fixing the order. The person that took the order did not write it down the way he said it back to my husband. Anyway unless we eat their I will not make a go order again Afficher la suite

Have been going to Chuck House for years and loving them. However, went yesterday after I had a coupon that was supposed to be good for a buy one dinner get one free. Placed order and then when going to counter to pay was told she didn't recognize the coupon I was showing her as it was on phone screen captured from the mobile site for a company they had contracted coupons with. We were told coupon... no good even though it showed it was. More than anything it was the attitude of the girl we spoke to about it as it really seemed as though she thought I was trying to "scam" them. Sent notification to the "entertainment book" and they are going to try and educate merchant to the mobile coupon version or remove them from the service. That doesn't help me but maybe if someone else is trying to use a mobile version of the entertainment coupon, better ask first before you order or they may argue with you and then refuse to accept. Brian Montgomery — 5 étoiles The best chicken fried steak in the universe! Sometimes they get some young kids in here working as servers, and they can be inaccurate taking orders or rude in general. But the chicken fried steak is always fantastic. It will ruin all other chicken fried steaks for you.
