As you may or may not know, the elizabethtown fire department is no longer allowed to collect money for the WHAS Crusade for Children in the road. That was main source of donations and now they are tasked to offset that revenue with other means of collection. We may not have access to 50,000 cars a day, but we know our patrons are the best. When you grab a beer, please throw a buck into the boot to support this amazing cause. Best of all, 100% of donations support local programs for local kids. And we've agreed to match whatever's in the boot at the end of three weeks up to $200. Show etown that our people are the best. And if any local business wants to join in, we challenge you to beat what we collect, we don't think you can.

Good morning all! Hopefully everyone is paying attention to the latest weather. It has begun sleeting/freezing rain, and although the roads are currently just, expect sudden and intermittent freezing to begin in patches of road. Please refrain from driving during this weather event if you don't have to! A layer of ice is expected to coat the roads before the snow begins. This means that roads will be EXTREMELY hazardous, and it doesn't matter if you have a 4x4 or AWD! Stay tuned to local weather for updates and be safe today!

With regret City Hall Santa will not be on display this year. He has been retired as his 20+ years have aged him a bit. However his Holiday fun isn’t over. He has begun his 2nd career much like an Elf on the Shelf surprising employees all over the building. ....
Follow the posts below for his daily location!
