I can't express my gratitude to pippa , Sarah, nurses and receptionists for all the true loving compassionate family orientated care they have delivered to all my 8 cats and Robbie. Thanks to this a...mazing team my cats are in pristine health with dietary advice on each individual cat , all my cats are recognised by name . Robbie Dog, 4 months ago was hit by a car whilst on his lead , most vets would have amputated pippa and Sarah out sourced treatments and healing processes on their own time above and beyond . After 4 months Robbie leg is healed !! I we can't put into words how much we appreciate all they have done for not just Rob but us as a family !! They are so supporting and caring yet so humble when you thank them . I've had animals of all sorts all my life and visited many vets nationwide but I've never ever been blessed with a team like the one at v4ps Clifton. You deserve the highest accolade !!! Now robs leg is better I shall miss our twice weekly visit . The most Heartfelt thanks to you all xxxxxxxx See More

Ste and I just wanted to take the time to thank Pippa, Sarah and the amazing team at Clifton vets4pets! Whilst our beautiful boy Dopey only lived for 1yr 5months he had many visits to the vets for var...ious conditions. The support everyone gave us was immense and allowed Dopey to life a happy binky filled life despite the multiple conditions he got. Yesterday after taking him to the emergency vets out of hours Dopey lost his battle, like always he was brave and kind. We wish he could have latest until his appointment so everyone could say bye, but it wasn't meant to be. So thank you so much everyone for the help you gave us and keep doing what you are doing! Maybe one day in the future we will have more bunnies and visit you again xxx See More

My dog poppie has ongoing health problems which are fully taken care of by peppa and the staff. Pippa has given wonderful service to myself and poppie and is a very caring and very honest person. jus...t recently poppie had a severe pancreatitis attack and I was heartbroken. Pippa and the staff were excellent I was constantly kept informed of how she was doing and invited in to see poppie hold her and feed her which made a massive difference to poppie and her recovery to just have me in the vets with her. Poppie currently is doing extremely well thanks to Pippa and the staff can't thank you guys enough. I would recommend Pippa and her staff to anybody excellent service with immensely friendly and caring staff to pets and there owners plus excellent value for money. See More

Sadly I lost my boy Charlie last week but he must of been one of a very few dogs who wagged his tail when he saw Sarah one of the lovely vets at the surgery.. He was extremely ill and was not expecte...d to live long but with great care given they have been treating him for the last 18 months and on most visits he has had Tracey up mopping the floor as he nearly always cocked his leg up the couter for a pee so it was fitting for them to be with him at the end .... I can't thank them enough for what they have done and then this morning I received a card from them saying they were so for my loss ..
Such a caring team xxxx

I couldn't recommend Pippa and her team at Clifton Vets 4 Pets enough and wouldn't take my pets to anyone else. Last week when my 8 month old puppy became ill and then needed surgery, Pippa was fantas...tic even dealing with the insurance company for us and then personally phoning at night on her way home to check how Lola was doing. 1st Class service from a 1st Class team. I used to go to Martin grace vets and then it changed to oak house vets I was with them for many years and this is where I meet Pippa. As soon as I was told she was going to have her own practice at C...lifton I moved over straight away. For the past 15 years or so I have had total faith in Pippa and I would not question her judgment. Some of my cats have had a really bad time one suffered with Mega colon and another had a gum disease which resulted in all of his teeth out. He was eventually put to sleep due to having kidney problems. I now have 2 new cars and they will continue to go to see Pippa because I have trust and faith in her. See More

Awful. Part of the reason my cat didn't survive. Charges are ridiculous! Also when our other cat had kittens and one died they wanted to charge to 'dispose' of it (1 day old)
Wouldn't trust them wit...h my animals again. I now use Ruddington Vets and can't fault them. Checked over the kittens and took the dead kitten away for us free of charge. Plus been wonderful with our pets since changing to them. See More

Lovely people and they really care about your pets
I'm Tracey one of the receptionists here at Vets4pets. Last year I adopted Lily, a white chihuahua, who had been used for breeding. While she was settling in with us we noticed that she sort of hopped every now and then. We took her to see Pippa (vet) and found out she had a problem with her knees. She had luxating patella in both knees. This means her knees pop out making it quite painful for her. We thought she was just a typical lap dog but the real reason was her painful knees. She had an op called bi-lateral ridge stop which was performed by Patrick, our visiting orthopaedic surgeon, which stopped her knees from popping out. After lots of rest she's made a full recovery and she's now just like a new puppy. I have attached a video of her playing with one of our other dogs Chester. Luckily for me I had insurance for Lily and this cover the operation.
Anybody have any idea what this could be? Or where it is? 🤔
