Had an initial amuse bouche after a cheese filled wafer....
Pre starter was foie Gras and caviar with squid ink cracker
Starter was a delicious venison carpaccio.
Main was a fillet of sturgeon (not a fish I have ever eaten before) with sea urchin foam.
Dessert a kumquat soufflé.
All courses were beautifull
on the plus side amazing lobster butter with the great bread
On the negative I had five courses four of which were served within 40 minutes, needed a little more time between some of the courses.
Very friendly interested
Lovely food in a smallish restaurant
Only other thought, was left with a residual hunger, could have eaten slightly larger main.
Whilst waiting for our food the waiters were walking up and down the restaurant
The food overall was just ok, nothing special, portions sized are very small and its not worth what you pay for. Of course you would expect a michelin start restaurant
Will not visit again.
