Wednesday, when getting off the streetcar I was run over by a car. Actually only my foot was run over. No need for alarm, my foot is in tact except for the multi-coloured bruise left to remind me of the close call. The positive part of this... story is a conversation I had with the paramedic. When I told her I was trying to quit smoking, she insisted that I should do this and that I should consider that day, in which my life was spared, to be the first day of my new life. I really took this to heart and I have quit smoking and I really am feeling like a new person. What better time then to unveil a new project that I've been working on with producer Asher Ettinger. It's a departure from what people know of Collette Savard but it's still very much my songs and my personality. I hope you enjoy it and, if you do, that you will share it with your friends. For those who are hard core John and Collette fans, fear not!
