You won't find a more genuine group of people anywhere. A hidden gem in the Lansing area. Not a lot of frills, but sound biblical teaching.

JOHN'S SUNDAY SERMON: People give for one or a combination of motives, worthy or unworthy. In 1 John 3:17 we read, “But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?” For us, it should not be guilt, or pity, or pride that moves us to share in the relief, but “the love of God.” In other words, your love for God is exhibited in your compassion toward the needy. The Antiochans’ giving provides us with practical Biblical principles by which we can determine and evaluate our own stewardship, as individuals, not only in response to disaster, but in the week-to-week life and ministries of our own local assembly.
