Looks as though Mr. Shane Garner's attorney has requested that he be removed as Mr. Garner's attorney for failure to pay over $100,000.00 in attorney's fees. ...what a shocker... Also looks as though Federal Grand Jury is coming after him as well... You know what they say about Karma...

Has everyone that had money stolen by Shane Garner/Credit Alliance Group contacted the Texas Attorney General about their involvement with Shane Garner and CAG?

The contact info for the Texas AG involved with the current case is:

Office of the Attorney General...
1412 Main Street suite 810
Dallas, Tx. 75202
Office# 214-969-7639
Fax# 214-969-7615

Not sure what good it would do anyone outside the State of Texas, but may provide some useful information to carry to your respective State Attorney Generals office...

The information above was obtained from the latest court documents provided online via Dallas County Civil Courts...

Looks like Mr. Garner's attempt to file BK and have the TX AG case against him dropped FAILED!

Go to www.courts.dallascounty.org and click on civil court tab. Search docket number DC1304175 to view actual court documents from day 1.

Looks like our good friend Mr. Shane V. Garner is trying to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in hopes getting a stay against his previous legal matters with CAG clients he swindled....

Doesn't appear that Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott and the Texas Attorney Generals Office is gonna let that happen.

Court appearance for Mr. Garner, scheduled for 8/23/2013 is still set, despite his best efforts to avoid it!

...

WAY TO GO TEXAS!

Has anyone noticed all of the POSITIVE press releases that are online about Credit Alliance Group and Shane V. Garner? Of course all of these press releases were made PRIOR to Credit Alliance Group and Shane V. Garner's scam was finally exposed, but it left me wondering how a company could receive so many positive reviews, all the while, running what seemed to be nothing more than a well planned and executed PONZI SCHEME...

Some of the press releases talk about Credit Allian...ce Group and describes them as "the nations largest financial services company specializing in debt negotiation..."

The article goes on to state that "CAG founder and CEO, Shane Garner said that his goal has always been to help people make their desire to become debt free their reality. He believes one of the keys is developing a partnership with his clients. While he maintains a team of the top certified debt arbitrators in the business, he also gets the clients involved in the process by educating them on the do’s and don’ts of personal finances.

“I can settle their debt all day long,” Mr. Garner said, “but if they don’t learn to deal differently with their money than they did in the past, they will be headed for a repeat performance. I want to give them the tools to empower themselves with their finances."

the article also stated "While he has enjoyed immense success in helping thousands of people become debt free, Mr. Garner felt that something was missing. That “something” was personal finance education. The list of accreditations goes on and on and numerous articles can be found online praising all of their positive results and how CAG has helped thousands of people resolve their debts.

So here's the kicker....

Every press release that we found online are written on blogs that sell PR SERVICES. This means that all of these "press releases" seemingly written by unbiased, 3rd party persons, were in fact written by Shane V. Garner, himself, or some other person in his employment... and Shane V. Garner PAID to have them posted there!

How's that for tooting your own horn!!!

Yet another victim coming forward sharing their story about Shane V. Garner and Credit Alliance Group!

I was scammed by him too. I sent about 250 pages of documents to the USPS General about my experience. The only thing Shane Garner/Credit Alliance Group did for me was let all my credit, that he was supposedly paying, get written off as bad debt. I would love to know the outcome of this. I talked to lawyers, the state attorney general for my state and TX, BBB, and even wrote the White House but was basically told if his company is closed down, he'll just open another one under a different name. I feel sorry for people who lost more than I did. I would like to stay he will pay for what he did but I think that won't happen until he has to answer to God for the grief he has caused people.

the link below is very interesting to read and sheds some light on Shane V. Garner and proves how deceptive he really is...

A private message from Bryan Garner was received by us asking that we not mention him or his company in any negative manner on our page as he has not been charged with any wrong doing in the case currently against Shane V. Garner and Credit Alliance Group. He also stated that he was willing to speak with anyone that wanted to talk with him privately and provided his personal email address. However, he ended his message by stating that speaking to him wouldn't do anyone any good as he is prohibited by the courts from discuss the ongoing case against his father Shane V. Garner and Credit Alliance Group.

Below is the response just received from Bryan Garner in regards to our post a few minutes ago...

I figured that might be one of the ways you would respond. Thinking you might of been a religious person and would just do the right thing was too high of an expectation I guess.

Best of luck with whatever it is you're trying to accomplish.
