Whew!!!! Thanks soon much for all the good vibes, thoughts and prayers...They worked!!! Other than some clean up, everything was amazingly untouched! We have been out of power since the storm...but supposedly we will be restored by Sunday night at the latest. That means come Monday we will be busy prepping all new product (as we have completely thrown out everything but sodas and beer) and trying to get open sometime Monday afternoon. A small price to pay for being so blessed with a still standing Da Kine Diego's! We look forward to serving you soon and Thanks Again!
Ok...we are soooo "Social Media Savvy" That we just created a #dakinediegos Instagram account! WhoooHooo! "no idea how to link it to this FB acct...but whatever." We noticed a ton of cool pics taken and comments made on them at Da Kine Diego's and thank each and every one of you for them! Your support and great vibes mean so much to us! So, if you're inclined...please check it out! Thanks and as always LOVE SURF EAT!

On March 8, the iconic deep-sea voyaging canoe Hōkūleʻa celebrated her 41st birthday.
Our master navigators use the stars, waves, winds, and birds to find their... way, following in the wake of their ancestors. Hōkūleʻa has journeyed more than 150,000 miles over the past 41 years, and a new generation of navigators is sailing around the world to explore how people and communities are working to Mālama Honua – care for our Island Earth.
We need your support to keep us voyaging – www.hokulea.com/donate

Does it ever seem to you like the folks up in DC never seem to get things quite right? If so, this primary "Super Tuesday Vote" we may have a better choice lined up for you. (of course any help with petitioning and/or recognizing fact from reality is warmly welcomed!) ; - )
