The Dania Show will be set up at Art Deco Weekend on Sunday from 10a to 3p. Ocean Drive is blocked off for the weekend and we will be at the south end with the Car Show. Lots of stuff going on including a dog show at 11:30am! Come visit. If you think you can bring a vintage bike, let us know so we can save room.
This Sunday, January 7th starting 11am, we will be promoting the show at the Dream Car Classic Car Show in downtown Hollywood on Hollywood Blvd between US 1 and Dixie Hwy. We will be set up on the eastern end of the show and you can bring your vintage bike and put it on display free or just come and visit!

& Rescue. Free to public with fee to enter bikes.
Theme: Competition Bikes will be free to enter.
Gabe, our friend, the Attorney that Rides, let us set up next to him at the Toys in the Sun Run party Sunday. Gave out many business cards for the Dania Vintage Show and made new friends. Went on the ride and got to wear LEATHER!!!
Dania Bike Show has made the big time! On the first page of Motorcycle Classics website! Just click on the Norton Featherbed photo:
THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYONE WHO BROUGHT THEIR BIKES TO BE JUDGED. WE WOULD NOT HAVE A SHOW WITHOUT YOU. THE RESULTS WILL BE ON THE WEBSITE VERY SOON AND ALSO MANY MANY PHOTOS INCLUDING OF ALL THE WINNERS SO CHECK BACK ON THE SITE. WOW, HOW ABOUT THAT WEATHER??? SOMEONE UP THERE LIKES US!!!
The registrations are coming in fast and furious now that we know the weather will be wonderful! Some of the more unusual entries are:
1915 Indian, 57 Zundapp, 56 Monet Goyon, 48 Alcyon,
1912 Abingdon King Dick (not a misprint!), 1917 Johnson Motor Wheel and our Chamber of Commerce bike: a 1936 Nimbus which is made in Denmark where our settlers came from and named Dania which means "Little Denmark". Here is a pic of a Nimbus, notice the exposed valve springs.
Just to remind everyone that the Dania Beach Vintage Motorcycle Show is a charity event. Last year we gave $6000 to Stray Aid & Rescue and $6000 to Southeastern Guide Dogs and we got to name a puppy. Of course we named him DANIA!
Sixteen Days and Counting!!! Don't forget to register in advance, no line at pre-reg! This pic is from last year around 11am....you can tell it will be very crowded, very soon!!!!
