Scott Field’s at Dean’s Plumbing immediately found the source of the plumbing failure at my house only a few hours after the issue occurred and call was made to Dean’s requesting technician support. S...cott’s quick response coupled with his expertise in diagnosing the root cause of the leak most likely saved my new home from what would have resulted in serious mold and a other damages.

Thank you Dean’s Plumbing for the timely responses and for always sending your top notch experts to assist me and your customers!

Since I️ know almost nothing about plumbing and had such a major plumbing failure only weeks after closing, I️ asked Dean’s if they perform home plumbing inspections, which they do. Scott performed an entire plumbing inspection on my new home and explained everything to me in terms I️ understood. He taught me a great deal about my home.

I️f you have any plumbing questions, issues, etc, I️ highly recommend Scott Fields at Dean’s. If you just want to understand the plumbing in your home in effort to mitigate future plumbing issues, I️ also highly recommend scheduling a home plumbing inspection with Scott @ Deans!

I had them out to fix a fill valve and flapper in one toilet and just a flapper(the old style) in the second bathroom and the charge for just the flapper in the second bathroom was $95. It still leak...ed and had the the tech out twice and it still leaked. I finally bought a flapper at Home Depot and changed it myself. Stopped payment on the check and wish I had read these reviews first. A horrible company and no customer service whatsoever. Turn and run if you see them at your door. See More

We are in the middle of a whole house remodel on our family home that's 60 years old. We have been working with Tim Miller, Scott and Maverick and they are fabulous! Very professional and respectful. ...They have asked all the right questions and never made a decision without us. And I don't know about other people but we are very hands on and truly appreciate that. A couple more days and we will be enjoying our new bathrooms. See More

Your technician replaced the fixtures in my bathtub (I already had the fixtures and my handyman who can do most anything had replaced a pipe in back of the tub and several other things. He was here 2... and a half hours. He broke some of the tile. My house is 50 years old and I went from 3 faucets to 1. I got an estimate before the job of $620.33 and I agreed to it because I was desperate. Since then I've spoken to several people and was told the price was outrageous. I know it was a difficult job to do, but I was charged over $200 an hour. The technician was very nice and seem to know what to do, but this price is ridiculous. This was after my senior discount. He said it would have been over $700.00 without it. See More

I've found that most family owned businesses charge much more than nationwide chains and franchises. Also, this company boasts that they charge by the job, not the hour. This isn't necessarily a good ...practice. I recently had a T joint pvc pipe replaced under my home, a 30 minute job by the way, and was charged $254.00. A price that I paid because i was in dire need of water, but later found out should have cost about half that price. I'd rather be charged $100.00 for an hour of actual work than them go to a book and look up a job and basically just pull a price out of the air and charge you that amount. This company, like most, is in business to make money but I would recommend that you shop around before calling these guys. Their prices seem extremely exhorbitant for the amount of work performed. Best service ever from the first phone call through the completion of the job. Totally stress free experience (except for the water heater committing suicide a week ago).
