I wanted to post this earlier, but after what happened today, I got caught up on the phone with my attorney and investigatorS.

Anyway, time for today's "WTF" r...eport:

I had my daughter and her boyfriend drop me off at an appointment near the intersection of Alt. A1A and Tequesta Dr. this afternoon around 2:30.
They said they were going to run some errands while I was at my appt. About 15 minutes after they left, my daughter called me freaking out that they were being followed by a PBSO Deputy. She said that after dropping me off, as they drove west through the parking lot, she noticed off to her left, that there was a PBSO car sitting behind the building.

Kinda of strange that he was parked in Tequesta PD's jurisdiction. She said that he immediately pulled out right behind them as if he had been waiting there for them. They turned south onto Alt. A1A and proceeded to Indiantown Rd. At first she thought she was just being paranoid, but then when he got right up on their rear-end and followed them onto Indiantown Rd., her boyfriend said it was abundantly clear that they were being followed.

They continued west on Indiantown Rd out to the Winn Dixie Shopping Plaza, she said when they made a right into the plaza, he stayed right on top of them. They parked in front of Palm Beach Ice cream and as they got out to go in, the cop just slowly cruised by, making sure that they saw him and then he disappeared. She said that they were in PB Ice Cream for about 10 mins and then left.

No sooner did they pull out of the parking space, that out of nowhere, he reappeared back behind them. Scared, they cancelled their plans to make any more stops and headed back for Tequesta.
She said that he followed them all the way east, back to Alt. A1A and again he stayed on their rear-end as they turned north to come back to Tequesta. She said that at one point, when they stopped at a light, he pulled up beside them and just stared over at them until the light changed. As they made a left onto the A1A backroad to Tequesta Dr., somehow her boyfriend, who was driving, managed to slow down and drop back behind the cop after the turn. They were able to get both his tag and his car unit number. Knowing that they were getting his info, she said he took a right onto a side road and disappeared.

I have spent the better part of the night on the phone, speaking with my attorney and investigators. We all agreed that my family cannot continue on like this, something has to be done. The harassment and bullying has escalated since we filed the law suit and we are told by authorities, that it will only get worse, if we don't do something drastic.

So we are going to file a complaint with the FDLE reporting the Sunday morning arrest of my daughter a month ago by the TPD via orders from the PBSO. We are also filing complaints about the Friday and Saturday night's incidents with the Tequesta PD as well as to today's with the PBSO.

I might have found a new calling. Raised to respect the law and look up to police officers my entire life, I am absolutely blown away by the things I have learned over the past 18 months. I must have been one of the most naive people on the planet up until then. I am not one to get hysterical or panic, but I can promise you, that if citizens don't wake up and start making there voices heard in terms of the corruption, the abuse of power, the takeovers, the threats and harassment, we are all going to find ourselves living in a KGB run nation.

I know that many people believe in order to protect their own families and interests, that it is best to just look the other way and not rock the boat. However, by doing so, they are allowing a "thug" mentality to run roughshod and gain even more momentum in their quest for power.

I have met and spoken with people that like myself, have lost their homes, businesses and organizations because, they too, refused to play the "pay to play" game.

As mush as it embarrasses me to admit, up until recently, I did not know that there wasn't a term limit for the Sheriff's seat. WTF, even the president of the US of America has a two term limit, how is that the Sheriff doesn't? As we all know, it is for the safety of our freedom and democracy that the president is not allowed to serve more than two terms. I mean, is it really wise or safe to allow any high powered public official to serve indefinitely?

It is something everyone should really stop and think about.
Meanwhile, research and educate yourself about the law enforcement officers on both local and county levels. You will be shocked and amazed at what you find in terms of the offenses some have committed and gotten nothing more than a slap on the hand or a week's suspension without pay. The same offenses that we as civilians would be arrested and sent to jail for.

Most importantly, stand up for your rights and realize that as tax-payers, it's our money that underwrites, supports and employs the very people that are threatening our constitutional rights as well as our freedom.

Remember, to say nothing, to do nothing, STOPS NOTHING!

I am attaching a post that my dear friend and retired HSUS director, Marc Paulhus wrote today regarding my families situation. While attending FSU, I was extremely fortunate to get an internship with his office. Marc became my mentor and the inspiration behind my decision to fight the politically corrupt world concerning pet sterilization. As a result, I went on to open the second low cost sterilization hospital in the state of Florida. Marc has worked with all levels of law enforcement throughout the country and has seen a lot when it comes to corruption.

Marc Paulhus:
In the course of a long career investigating dogfighting, cockfighting and other acts of animal cruelty, I worked with law enforcement officers throughout the country. I saw officers lie repeatedly in written reports and testimony under oath. I saw officers steal evidence and money siezed in raids. I saw officers physically abuse people who were already restrained and compliant.

I concluded that a completely honest cop is the exception not the rule. And even the seemingly honest cops were heavy-handed and verbally abusive.

Kay-Lynette Roca has been subjected to inappropriate harrassment by the local goon squad. The PBSO needs their comeuppance and I, for one, am encouraged to see her fighting against their injustice.

SHARE LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER SHARED BEFORE….

Boy, I am on a roll today!

For over 28 years, I worked to protect Safe Harbor from politics and hidden agendas. LOT O...F GOOD IT DID ME AFTER THE PBSO GROUP AND PATTY PALMER CAME ALONG.

However, we did not put anyone, politicians, veterinarians, breeders etc.. on the board so as to protect our mission and commitment to the animals. During that same time, we did however, repeatedly invite Mayor Golonka to participate in various events like the Celebrity Dog Wash, but she never accepted any of our invitations.
We also spent years going to town hall meetings asking for the town to PLEASE grant us some type of financial assistance being they were "using/piggybacking" on our charitable services. We were finally able one year to get a donation towards a new van which we needed to pick up animals, yes, in the town of Jupiter.

We now find out that there is a outside, private veterinarian that is on FF's board, hmmmm, wonder if that has anything to do with FF's prices now going through the roof. My friend was quoted over $00 to say a 6 month old kitten last week, when we used to charge $25!!!

We have also been told that not only has Mayor Karen Golonka joined the advisory board of FF's friends, but is also helping them to get financial funding. Please see link of Jupiter Town Hall meeting where multimillionaire and retire Dial Soap CEO, Herb Baum asks the town for financial help!!!

http://www.jupiter.fl.us/AgendaCenter/…/Minutes/02042014-234

AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT IS OUTRAGED BY THIS? IS THIS NOT A CONFLICT OF INTEREST IN TERMS OF GOLONKA'S NOW INVOLVEMENT WITH THE BOARD AND HELPING THEM TO GET TAX-PAYERS MONEY?

AND TO THINK, I AM THE ONE THAT HAS BENN INVESTIGATED, HARRASSED, TORMENTED, AND BANKRUPTED OVER THE PAST 17 MONTHS FOR CORRUPTION.

I MUST EXCUSE MYSELF NOW, I HAVE TO THROW UP!!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!

If it takes a village to raise a child, then it is going to take the love and determination of our entire community to rebuild what was onc...e ours,

Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary
Something to Believe In… Again

"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."
-Thomas A. Edison-

Please read this very important announcement and share, share, share!
This is not about just clicking the "like" button on your FB page, this is a call to action.

It was almost 30 years ago, that I first planted the seed that would grow into one of the largest and most well respected animal organizations in the South. With age and experience, comes great wisdom and knowledge and so the time has now come to plant new seeds and to expand my vision. A vision to end all animal suffering as well as creating a kinder, more compassionate world for all living creatures.

For anyone who has ever truly wanted to make a difference, the time has come to organize and focus our energy on building a strategic campaign. These efforts require participation, dedication creativity and vision.

Since it's inception Safe Harbor has stood as a beacon of light that shown throughout our community, lighting the way for all animals seeking shelter from life's storm.
Now, I receive on a daily basis, heart breaking stories involving homeless animals, desperate pet owners begging for affordable medical care for their sick or dying pet, but what I hear the most, are the pleas from our community to bring Safe Harbor back. The time is here and we MUST all work together as a team in order to achieve this goal. We need everyone to join in during this very exciting time and to do your part to help get Safe Harbor back up and on its feet again!
If we are to succeed, then you must believe as I do, that we can!
I know who I am and I know the truth. I have the freedom and the passion to pursue whatever I choose, as do all of you. I have decided that I nor the animals can wait any longer for the slow wheels of justice or my law suit to be done.

Deciding to Move forward, we now have corporate ownership of the Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary name and have appointed a new board of directors. We are still recruiting people to join our advisory committee, so if you have something special or unique to bring to the table in terms of animal welfare and not for profits, please let us know asap.

We have had several meetings to plan, organize and prioritize what steps need to be immediately taken in order to open a new charitable hospital, thrift store, administrative office and sanctuary.
With Maplewood Plaza is in foreclosure and now belonging to the bank , I really don't know what the future holds for that plaza or it's tenants. It would not be a smart move on our part to spend time and money rebuilding SH in Maplewood only to find out that we must turn around and move again.

Here are the items we have discussed and that we will need from all of you, your friends and family, if we are going to make this happen.

1. We have found two really perfect, large locations with great exposure. Both are large enough for us to open a large thrift boutique and full-service charitable hospital as well as our administrative office. We cannot disclose at this time, the exact locations until we have deal.

2. We must raise money and awareness about our plans and needs for the future.
Our plan is to raise enough money to cover an entire year's rent, water, electric, phones, build outs, advertising and computer equipment.

3. Once we have achieved this goal, we are going to need lots and lots of " dedicated volunteers" to help us with the following:

A. Planning, developing and designing our new Thrift Boutique

B. Getting people to volunteer their time in terms of painting, drywall, building
shelves, putting up racks and other handyman chores.

C. Help finding retail display racks, counters and other needed retail items through either donation or at a reduced price.

D. We are going to need volunteers to stuff envelopes, help with mailings, answer phones, to distribute flyers and posters throughout the North County area, to handle social media and other avenues of advertising.

E. We are going to need volunteers to help us develop donation drives in order to
gather merchandise for our thrift boutique.

F. We need people that are willing take part in our community outreach program which involves tabling in the community, dispensing information about SH's future plans as well as needs and recruiting new members and volunteers.

G. We need to form a hospitality and community relations committee to make sure
that we are continually visible in the community in terms of fundraising and community events.

H. We need volunteer Grant writers and business people that are connected in the
business community.

I. We need volunteer IT people to help us with getting computers either donated or at a reduced price. We will also need help with all electronic set ups for the new organization.

J. We very badly need volunteer and foster parent coordinators who in turn will recruit volunteers and to be responsible for coordinating foster homes and emergency medical care.

K. If you are involved in any community organizations or clubs that need public speakers, please contact me, so that I may contact them and set up a public speaking engagement.

There are so many new things on the horizon for Safe Harbor, many of which we will share with you, once we all come together for our first "Humane Tacticas" meeting, meaning foot soldiers in Greek. This is just the beginning, but should keep everyone busy. Please sign up and share with us what your strengths are and what you would like to e involved in.

For over 28 years, there stood a brilliant beacon of light in our community known as Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary. The light that shone brightly, lighting the way for all animals in need of shelter from life's storm was extinguished on January 16, 2013, by a group of unscrupulous people. However, the voice for those animals could not be silenced. We are pleased to announce that on Saturday, May 31, 2014, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM founding Safe Harbor Director Kay-Lynette Roca is hosting an afternoon of fun, love and laughter to show her appreciation for your support over the last 15 months. She will be available to answer any questions you have about the past year as well as our plans for Safe Harbor's future. Dedicated staff and volunteers that were also terminated after the hostile takeover of Safe Harbor as well as Roca's renowned Civil Rights Attorney, Barry Silver, will also be available to answer your questions.

It's been a long time coming and we are all so excited about seeing all of our loyal supporters. After all, you are all part of our Safe Harbor Family. We have planned an afternoon filled with love, fun and laughter! The purpose of this event is to bring together, unite and share a common vision...the rebirth of Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary & Hospital.

This is a family and pet friendly event. Our tail-wagging festivities will include live music by The Ramblin' Men, Food, a Pet Costume Contest, Dog Friendly Games, Face Painting, Blessing of the Animals and....A Mini Dog Wash!! That's right, several of our longtime Celebrity Dog Washers have agreed to come out and wash dogs. And don't forget, this is a B.Y.O.B. party and side dishes & desserts are welcome. I came across this letter tonight when putting together documents for my friend. I cried my eyes out, I had never seen this post from the channel... 5 story, it is truly chilling.

I work for JPD and the investigation into the Safe Harbor lady is terrifying at the blatant violations to constitutional rights. JPD had nothing. I repeat NOTHING except the ramblings of that Verdigi lady. A call was made to us and someone was able to influence our leaders to stretch such BS PC just to search that lady's house and seize all her electronic ****. Even our detectives were like WTF. None of us wanted to do it. It was sickening. Oh yes, and then the f**king media showed up and they were all over the place. We didn't tell anyone about the warrant except for really high ranking people at PBSO. Seems they simply wanted us to search the place after that article in the Post so they could point fingers. Politics in action. These types of things make me wish I was never a cop. I now have to start getting dressed for a job I now hate.

FINALLY, after 16 months of living hell, after screaming my innocence and losing everything I own, the world will finally know the truth about what happened to me and to Safe Harbor....
After listening to a taped interview tonight, I now know that I was not Carol Verdigi's first victim.

PLEASE CUT AND PASTE THE LINK BELOW TO LISTEN TO THE SON OF A MAN WHO IS NOW DEAD, TOOK OUT A MORTGAGE ON HIS HOME TO LOAN CAROL VERDIGI $68,000. SHE REFUSED TO PAY IT BACK AND AFTER THE MAN DIED, HIS FAMILY HAD TO SUE VERDIGI IN ORDER TO AT LEAST GET SOME OF IT BACK.

THE TIME HAS COME FOR ALL OF US TO RISE UP AND DEMAND THAT THE STATE'S ATTORNEY TURN THE BOGUS "ONGOING" INVESTIGATION THIS WOMAN LAUNCHED TO DESTROY ME AND DEMAND THAT SHE, PATTY PALMER AND THE OHTER TOW PBSO WOMEN BE THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED.

BRAVO!! It’s nice to see the TRUTH is finally coming out! I believe Carol Verdigi (among others) should be held accountable (as in Verdigi’s house is surrounded by police cars of three different law enforcement agencies, she’s arrested and placed in jail without her favorite blanky – type of accountable) for the destruction of Safe Harbor and for the slander and damages she bought upon Kay-Lynette Roca and her children. Verdigi’s total abuse of power and lack of accountability as a PBSO officer makes this citizen ask – just where was Sheriff Bradshaw? Well, the bullfrog is finally out of the bag; let’s see who else falls out.http://www.sheriffbradshaw.com/?attachment_id=834

DRUM ROLL PLEASE….
What we have all been anticipating and praying for over the past 15 months has finally come true. As of today, we received wonderful information from insiders at Safe Harbor. There are two versions to the story, one is that after being demoted 3 times over the past few months, Patty Palmer has finally been fired and will be gone by the end of May. The second story is that Patty announced that she would be moving up North, which I seriously doubt all of her family is here. I think it was a story she made up to save face. I just hope that she realizes as the noose starts to tighten, running will not erase the atrocities she has committed. No matter where she runs, she will be brought back to face the music. Between her departure and Carol's hearing, we have so much to celebrate at our May 31st event. (
