Congrats to QB Ronald Kearney and Rashard Hicks who where named East Squads Team Captains

Congrats to captain Aaron Vaughan who received the male athlete of the year at the all sports banquet tonight and received his ring for winning the wrestling state championship. Also congrats to Rashaad Goodwyn who was also nominated. Tough year for that award, many of our seniors could have won it this year. Hard to beat two state championships in a year. Congrats 60/ #chasin2

Congrats to Ronald Kearney for receiving the Principal Academic Award at the all sports banquet tonight.

Attention all citizens of Dinwiddie County:
It is that time again for the Dinwiddie Generals Football team to come and help you at home or at work. Young men are looking for jobs to help them earn money for camp and gear this year. This program has been successful under Coach Mills for the last 8 seasons. These young men have performed jobs that include but are not limited to cutting grass, painting houses (inside and outside), moving items from house to house, building and landscaping. All jobs are guaranteed or the men will redo it to your satisfaction. In 8 years there has only been positive feedback about this program. The price for each job is left up to the employers discretion but we do ask that payments are reasonable. If you would be interested in hearing more about this program or you would like to hire one of these young men to help you with a job please contact Coach Billy Mills at 895-3769 or e-mail him at Thank you for your support and we look forward to hearing from you.

Proud of Corey, special player best I've coached but equally great person. All about the TEAM, making Navy Nation proud.

BLACKSBURG, Va. — When spring football practice ended, Virginia Tech’s coaches bemoaned the lack of depth at defensive tackle. Junior defensive end Corey Marshall did the math and figured what was coming next.

Congratulations to Shawn Gholson, Sr OT who committed to Bryant University yesterday. The 4 year starter and team captain has been a big key to our success for the past 4 years. is your source for:College Football | Football Recruiting | College Basketball | Basketball Recruiting | College Baseball | High School | College Merchandise Site-specific editorial/photos ©

This week at NCSA we’ve been talking a lot about the importance of an athlete’s attitude, sports swag, if you will. How many times have you heard a star athlete say they weren’t necessarily the best guy out there, but they wanted it the most? It’s that fire we are talking about.
