I was a little leery about staying at this hotel but as I learn you can't always go by what people say, everyone has different opinions. The evening snacks were good, glass of wine or beer and basic s...nack foods like pretzels, carrots, chips & dip. The breakfast hour you definitely need to go early we went late the first morning and no way we could wait in the omelette line, so breakfast wasn't good it was cold and food running out but our fault for going late. Second morning we waited in line for the omelette which took about 20 mins. One lady was cooking all by herself and I give her props she was the best, working like a dog for 3 hrs straight. I hope they pay her well cause she deserves it!!! The room was clean, very spacious. Could use some updating and carpets could be cleaned, we too thought they had wet stains on them. Tv could've been better, some channels staticky and close captioning for us hearing impaired was spotty. Hotel in a great location directly across the street from bus stop which takes you into NY bus terminal at 42nd st. Lots of restaurants, stores and movie theater all within walking distance. Parking was shared with all those things but plenty of parking. The pool was very small and I would think twice about staying at this hotel when school was out because it was spring break for sure, kids everywhere, running around unattended. A room corner to us had no lie, at least 20 kids in it. Looked like security went there at least 4 times, probably to tell them to keep quiet. Can't believe the hotel allowed them to stay, had to be some type of safety hazard with that many people in there. Overall we would stay here again. See More

We stayed for 4-5 nights. I was there while hubby was on business. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing, lovely hot jacuzzi, pool was very quiet in the week. It was brilliant, I did take a dre4ssing gown go and down to the pool (there aren't showers there which is really common in the States). Food fabulous as always, free drink in the evening. I was a little cheeky in that I grazed over breakfast, eating a little first thing with hubby and then returning for extra food/coffee later. That is the joy of Embassy Suites. look forward to returning! =D See More

I ordered room service and later called back to see where my order was, and was told the bar tender lost my order and they didn’t have one in for me. They put a rush on it and brought it right up. The... food was good! See More

I stay in hotels 14-15 days a month and this was, by far, one of my most disappointing experiences. Starting with the non-working internet that didn't allow me to get my work done, either in my room n...or in the lobby. Then I decided to get a shower and the water was just barely above "warm." So I went to call and complain and the phone in my room didn't work. So I decided I'd just watch TV and then the TV channels were all scrambled and mixed with squiggly lines!! I could understand if it was storming outside or other issues, but it was just a poorly maintained hotel. Oh, then the printer in the Business Center kept jamming every time you tried to print, over and over and over!! See More

I think when it's check in time they tell you at 4 they should be more pacific because I got there at 3:30 and was told I could come back in an hour no rooms was ready I live too far to be coming back... so I stayed there I was the first one there to check in by 4 and it still wasn't ready at 4 the lobby start getting more and more crowded I think if you there before other people you should be given a number or something once rooms came available they don't let you know you just have to walk up to the concier desk again to ask is there rooms available yet then you have other people coming in before you getting a room and you're sitting right there in the lobby not knowing that the rooms are available because the concierge did not let you know the rooms are ready that was my only problem with your check in outside checking in other than that I really really enjoyed myself there very clean very nice staff and nice and yes I would stay here again because I really liked it. And one more thing is it something going on with certain people that's checking in receive a welcome bag because the concierge wasn't giving it out to everyone including me only some people walked away with and was given a welcome back See More

Will never stay again. When I have a confirmation that says my check-out is on the 3rd, please don't try to kick us out of the room on the 2nd. Showed them the confirmation, showed them on the app a...nd STILL they say no the 2nd. Oh, and call to complain about this with Hilton Honors. Really, their response is we will get back to you in 72 hours. Most disorganized (and rude) hotel I've ever had to deal with. See More

Beautiful place! Check-in is @4PM,but we were there at Noon for a day in NYC/Mets game & our room was ready for early problem! Alex upgraded us to a suite due to an online 3rd party error. The complimentary breakfast buffet including cook to order was awesome! Complimentary evening drinks/snacks is also included but we weren't around to attend. I even forgot my cellphone charger which Daniel from cleaning services brought one to my room! Excellent service and a bus stop or taxi service is conveniently located curbside for easy access to the Secaucus Junction subway stop/NYC! *35min. drive to Manhatten or 10-15min. Subway ride* Unsure of bus schedule for weekdays vs weekends. We used the taxi to/from Secaucus Junction ($15) See More

I stayed here for a couple of nights spring of 2016 with my husband and two kids. Our room was very dark and dirty. Furniture was stained so was the carpet. Holes in the wall. I had requested a room w...ith a view and got a view of a big tree. I brought my two kids to the pool. Big mistake! It was cloudy, hair was floating and it had chunks of concrete from the flooring in it. The breakfast ended to early since my husband had business in the area I couldn't get both kids down to eat breakfast in time before it closed it at 9! We also ordered room service and they didn't have half the stuff on the menu. My husband said I was being picky because I was pregnant but reading some of the reviews I don't think I was at all. Hoping this helps to get the updates it very much needs. See More

We arrived at 4:40 a.m. after driving all night in a snow storm from Maine. The hotel we were supposed to stay in was booked. We went to Embassy Suites and met Kristal and Jesus. They were very accomm...odating and got us a rate for the whole weekend cheaper than the one night at the other hotel. Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and good food too. See More

Very disappointing for an Embassy Suites property. They desperately need to upgrade it was very out dated and dirty!

Normally I love this hotel chain. But this place was terrible. Needs to be updated. Toilet paper was literally hanging onto the wall by a broken rod. Extra blanket smelled and felt of filth. Pull out ...bed was broken with a wire stuck out of it. And our room key didn't work at 11pm and had to go down and have them fix it. And to think I canceled another hotel reservation to make this one two days before our stay. See More

It had a lot of nice amenities- free breakfast, complimentary drinks and snacks. Room very clean and very nice size. Bedroom could be closed off for anyone who wanted/needed to sleep on comfy sofa in room area. two large screen TV's, plenty of hot water....
. It was pretty noisy due to it's atrium style bldg. Would stay there again.

We simply loved it here! We stayed this past weekend to bring in the New Year. Very nice hotel. AWESOME... breakfast. KUDOS to the chef that made our omelets!! She ROCKS!! The staff was very professio...nal and helpful on ALL shifts. We even met the General Manager one evening as we were going up to our room. Very nice guy!!! It's close to NYC. The NJ transit picks up right in front of the hotel. This we loved too. We will definitely stay here again. ✔ See More
Embassy Suites by Hilton Secaucus Meadowlands added 30 new photos from June 6, 2017 to the album: Build Day in Newark for Embassy Suites Secaucus — at Harmony Point, Newark NJ.
June 6, 2017

Volunteers from Embassy Suites Secaucus donned work boots and construction hats to work on a 3-bedroom unit at Newark's Harmony Point, 1 of 23 units in the largest project of Habitat for Humanity's local subdivision to date. Individual hours from 15 team members made up a day's labor of flooring and grouting that moved this affordable housing unit of Greater Newark closer to a home. The smell of sawdust and concrete powdered clothing after impressive progress was evidence of ...a gratifying team building experience with a new level of appreciation for the construction trade and the dream of home ownership.

Builders included General Manager DeLondo Lemon, Housekeeping Luis Moran, Nakia Simmons, Melissa Green, and Executive Housekeeper Clair Brevard, HR Coordinator Rizalyn Campo, Engineer Fred Mercado and Chief Chris Gilligan, HRD Miki Magome, FOM Paolo Romero and AFOM Gian Carlo Rubio, DOS Pinal Pineau and Sales Manager Joanna Abramowicz, Controller Gia Tapia.
