What do my GameLit friends think of this as a blurb for a novel?

Megan Wright, age 24 and a newly unemployed graphics designer, narrowly escapes death at the hands of a biker Orc Wizard and a procession of Arachnid Behemoths. Earth has been invaded, and technology is useless against the invaders. A special breed of warrior is needed and special training required. That training comes in the form of a role-playing game, played by the subconscious selves of the would-be warriors....

As Megan’s subconscious aspect, Mithabel is anxious to play. The primary objective: Reach level thirty. This will unlock abilities inside Megan for combating the invaders. The secondary objective: Don’t lose all your lives. Or your mind. Or the woman you love.

With the statistical and rules crunch to satisfy LitRPG enthusiasts, The Longest Survivor is part fantasy, part science fiction, and all GameLit. If you’re game for a story of survival with unusual monsters, bouts of insanity, a touch of romance, and a hint of sex, then The Longest Survivor is for you.
