Tell people what you think

HORRIBLE!!! I never complain but this was beyond words. I just left Essential Aesthetics after receiving Dysport. Well I think I got it but Ellie didn't tell me what she was doing even after asking he...r. I would NOT trust this woman. I am disgusted by how Ellie conducted herself. She's unprofessional, uniformative, clearly focused on making money and has no regard for her customers unless she's telling them to purchase more.

This was my first time doing any sort of procedure such as this and I have never dealt with someone so rude in my life. She was unwilling to answer any questions I had, told me she didn't have time to explain things and handed me a packet. Not to mention she had the wrong file for me. I honestly don't even know what I just had done. The only thing she said to me was I needed more work to my face. That's when she was willing to talk. Oh she also asked if I was crazy and if I was ok because I touched my forehand after the procedure. She said to touch it! Because there was no explanation to me of any of this I naturally didn't know what she meant when she said touch it.

After leaving I sat outside to read what I needed to do for after care. I then noticed there was suppose to be prior prep which I had not done nor told about (big surprise). I nicely went back in worried about not following the pre prep and it affecting my results. Her assistant kindly took me in a room and immediately Ellie came in and told me I was fine, said to read the hand out and actually escorted me out. It was insane!!! This lady is paranoid because she has something to hide or she just doesn't care about her patients at all!!! My mother and son saw and my mother is in the medical profession. She was in shock. My mother will be contacting everyone she knows in the medical field and also telling every patient she sees about her. She immediately said to me something isn't right here. It was bad.

Don't trust her, go to her or listen to a word she says because all she wants is your money. My mother and I have never complained about anyone through social networking because it's a waste of our time. This was indescribable and I felt others needed to know about Essential aesthetics specifically Ellie Zarnegar.

Groupon and the better business bureau have all been informed. Stay away!
