Happy Valentine's Day 🌷. Showing you some moves from my #shoulders; #biceps + #obliques/waist workout. I love training shoulders as strong shoulders help me with my #calisthenics moves & give a petite lady like me some serious shape. I see the body as something that can be sculpted over time - let your mind + spirit listen to it. Sets + reps for this #workout in the video. Where you see dropsets in the video, it means doing 1 set where you do your maximum/failure reps from the heaviest weight you can do - to the lowest. You can dropset 3-4 different weights as a basic. Loved this Easy, Healthy #glutenfree #spaghetti meal I had post-workout the other day 💪🏼. HOW TO: Cook the spaghetti; once done - drain spaghetti + rinse with cold water; mix in handful spinach; palmful rocket + small tuna can. You can use a good quality flavoured tuna. FLAT TUMMY PIZZA: hmmm this #glutenfree homemade #pizza last night was to drool for! 😋 INGREDIENTS: gluten free pizza base (available in most supermarkets/health food shops); chicken breast; zucchini; fresh tomato; moroccan spice; reduced salt bbq sauce; onion; corn; pineapple; rocket + feta.
HOW TO: use tbspn oil to fry chicken; spice; bbq sauce + 1 fresh tomato until chicken is just cooked. Layer pizza base with chicken/sauce first; followed by zucchini & onion. Cook in pre-heated oven for 20 mins. Then add pineapple; rocket + feta. Yum + healthy! 😋 All cooked within 30 mins.
