I recommend EVERYTHING about this hospital. The speed of getting seen. The friendliness and courtesy of the nurses (Eva and Michelle) for my comfort. Doctor Roman Campbell. Ivan from Radiology. Timoth...y from Respiratory Services. I was taken care of, and EDUCATED. I was not left in a room wondering timing, if I was going to be ok...I was cared for. If I ever need acute or emergent care, I will be back. What a great facility. Wow. See More

I was seen for a total hysterectomy. The surgeons with Woman's Intergrative medical were phenomenal. I would highly recommend the obgyn clinic. Sorry to say the nursing staff at Methodist Hospital in ...southlake were much to be desired. Right after surgery I had low oxygen levels, I buzzed for the nurse three times, she was texting on her phone and when she finally came into the room she said that 87 oxygen was not low, turned off the machine and walked out. I also asked what time I had my last pain med and the nurse stated "I don't know"
I was the only patient on the second floor and only saw the nurses a handful of times in two days.
During each shift change there was not communication between the nursing staff and I was not given pain medication on time and I was always chasing the pain.
I would not recommend Methodist Southlake due to the nursing care.

I have never been admitted I to a hospital where their ER doctors are so uncaring. Rude and belittling. If you want Rhodes true healthcare ~ this is not the place.

And to top if off THEY are NOT par...t of Methodist Hospital at all. THEY PAY to use their name. To me this is false advertising and l see this as being dishonest. Please for your safety do not use this facility. I had some good nurses for the most part but I'm the one that had to inform the nurses thr IV was infiltrated. That's the nurses responsibility to Che k the site to ensure your safety. Well not here. I feel like I had to do my own safety measures.

Blood soaked bandage for over 24 hours now!

I had a hysterectomy at this facility. This is an excellent facility. The nurses and the doctors are great, caring and competent. I am glad to have caring nurses that encouraged me to get out of bed a...nd to ask for pain medication if needed. I know that after surgery that I need to do things for myself and not to be totally dependent on others See More

Hip replacement surgery last week. Very efficient at every step of the way from pre-op testing to Joint Camp. Staff and nurses were excellent. Only stayed one night. I know this sounds dumb, but the f...ood was unbelievably good. Really nice facility. Would choose it over any others (not that I want another hospital stay). See More

All my nurses were wonderful! One of my techs had a bad attitude but overall felt genuinely cared for. I didn't sleep well the first night as they were constantly checking on me. I got nauseous and vo...mited after food in the morning otherwise the food was good too. See More

This is an awesome hospital. They are very attentive to the. Patient and the family members. Everyone is so nice there. When you walk in the front door you go up to the desk and you're greeted immedia...tely. They text you to let you know the procedure has started. And when it's over the doctor comes and talks to you and then you are taken to the patient in recovery. They are really awesome See More

I had to have my gallbladder removed yesterday and I must say it was one of my best experiences with a hospital. My surgery was done as an outpatient so I didn't have to stay over night. All the staff... was really courteous and professional. Everyone I had to deal with had excellent bedside manners and they did everything they could to keep me comfortable and relaxed. If I ever have to have another surgery and have a choice of what hospital it's done at, I will request to go here. I'd like to say a special thank you to my surgeon Dr. Matin and his staff for getting me in and the surgery scheduled and performed so quickly. I went to the ER at another hospital on Wednesday and they sent me home and his office got me an appointment with him that same afternoon and got the surgery scheduled for Friday morning. I was so relieved that I would have to stay in pain very long. I highly recommend this hospital and his office, North Texas Surgical Group for any surgery needs. Thank you all again for everything! The staff was very professional, and they made me feel very, ...very comfortable and relaxed. They made me feel like i was family. If I ever had to have surgery again I will definitely love to have it here. It was the best experience I have ever had being in a hospital. I just had surgery there, and everyone on staff is kind and compassionate not only to patients, but their family as well. The facility itself is beautiful and feels more like a hotel than a hospital. ...My experience was top notch! See More

Just bad experience starting with the anesthesiologist calling at 10 pm and waking us up the night before surgery. No one answering the call button and saying it never went off to being discharged my guts out. Miserable experience to say the least. I would suggest any other hospital. See More

Awesome hospital! The best staff from the minute you step in doors you are greeted by positive, happy, helpful people. The cafe makes the best food the same food is served to the rooms. The best doct...ors, nurses, techs, physical therapy, and house keeping. They had a joint camp to answer all our questions 2 days before surgery. The anesthesiologist called the night before to see if we had any other questions we might need to ask or if we were nervous about anything. The people that work here are an asset and all hospitals should be done this way. See More
