Saturday morning Yoga is back! Come meet Dreamwalker at 8:30-9:30am or want an intense workout for your weekend try the Saturday morning Warrior class 8:30-9:30am. This class will earn you 1000 points for the class challenge. Have a great weekend!
Couch to 5k training is open for registration, only $50.00 dollars and you will automatically be sign up for the May Day 5k race here in Fort Lupton. Train twice a week with a trainer, it doesn't matter if you are a seasoned runner or a beginner Austin will help you cross that finish line. Training starts March 26th Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-7:15pm sign up at the front desk.
