Yesterday, I went to a park new to me to see if I could get some nature shots. I met a lovely young lady from Stow, OH with a gorgeous German Shepherd 9mos old male, Wrigley, that she got from Kent Boyles. What a nice boy! She was there to meet up with her friend and her Airedale, Winnie. The dogs played and played and I got a lot of fun photos! I hope she takes the time to come to a club meeting!!

A few Candid shots from our 2017 Annual Picnic held at the home of Suzanne Jambe. Thank you Suzanne and Chuck and all the members for sharing such delicious food. It was a very hot day, so no puppy match this year. But we had fun visiting and talking dogs and viewing this year's Westminster BIS, Rumor.
See below from our respected local vet clinic. Much appreciated information about the current Canine flu - - and their recommendation about vaccines/safeguarding our dogs.
This information is meant to educate, not alarm owners . There has been a lot of false information regarding Canine Influenza and the vaccine.
Recently, there h...ave been confirmed cases of the H3N2 strain of the flu in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. There have NOT been any cases in this area or the state of Ohio. We are recommending to clients that if your dogs will be in contact with dogs from the affected areas that they receive the vaccine. However, it is not part of our core vaccine protocol.
For additional information regarding the flu (symptoms, prevention, etc.) please contact your veterinarian and refer to the attached link.
