I think the officer who shot Lilly should be charged with animal abuse. Just another police departme...nt that things because they are police officers, they aren't subject to the law. This is a officer with a serious problem. Will the department wait until he shoots a child next, without any cause. There were children present!!!! I'll bet they will always fear cops because of this action. The officer should be fired and fined. This is one city I will never visit. Spread the word that this city has cops who do whatever they want to whomever they want without consequences See More
