Nelson Kotiar, Ricky Muñiz and Joseph Romero all retain their seats in city government after a three-hour recount today at city hall that produced only slightly different totals in Santa Rosa's mayoral and council elections. Read the full story in next week's Communicator.

What a fantastic newspaper M.E. Sprenglemeyer has helped forge. We hope new owner Tom MacDonald can keep the momentum going. Cancellation of road accidents

Eliminating accidents is not difficult to set because of a similar system currently works in the agricultural sector. ...
Agricultural system even more complex than that required for traffic.
I'm talking about using - Precision Farming for Precision Traffic.
Mathematical examination of the passage shows that the Precision Traffic consists of less than Precision Farming because of the principle the Surface There are Infinity lines.
And then the farming is engaged in area or Surface and Traffic engaged in Orbits or lines.
The system of Precision Traffic will decrease lifetime of the temporary length study to amounts of months.
The proposed form of Precision Traffic is like adding hundreds of thousands of traffic police.
The system works on the basis of personal mentoring.
Every driver intractable attached "Tutor policeman".
Police officer would of course be virtual but will be fully present.
"Big Brother effect" is thoroughly considered and virtual cop appears only when the driver breaks the law.
Private of the citizens will be kept carefully and the system will not record and preserve any information related to motorists driving legally.
I have an uneasy feeling that we can save hundreds of people a year and nothing is done.
Related to this, there are thousands of wounded people and considerable financial losses.
It is now possible to run a small system order of tens of vehicles to demonstrate the feasibility.
All the tools are existing but not used!
The system will help police identify speeders and it will help law enforcement and reducing vulnerability to life and property.
The drivers will understand over time that they can't escape the hands of law when all had identified and recorded.
This understanding is the education way that cause drivers not breaking the law and operate under the law and the roads conditions.
I'll go to anywhere and to any forum to explain the proposed system and answer questions, as needed.

My thanks in advance for any help in promoting the subject.

FOR SALE (time is running out)
"Kicks," a one-of-a-kind, traffic-stopping piece you can read from two blocks away.
It really belongs on Historic Route 66 in San...ta Rosa, N.M., where the tiles were fashioned out of nearly 200 recycled laundry jugs (melted in a 1970s-vintage waffle iron) and woven into a flexible quilt with zip ties. (And it floats!)
It will go to the person, business or institution that makes the best offer -- on price OR assurance about the way it will be displayed.
Keep in mind that there's nothing like it anywhere and that it took five months and countless hours of hard labor to make.
Serious offers only to:

I have loved drawing these kinds of cartoons for the Guadalupe County Communicator. Purple Friday is ME Sprengelmeyer’s idea for shopping local!

With the holiday printing schedule in turkey land,
the new editions of The Communicator are expected to arrive in Santa Rosa sometime before NOON on Wednesday.

My approach to the upcoming Santa Rosa NM Lady Lions Volleyball team and the state playoffs. I had fun with the visual. I’ve loved doing these kinds of hyper-local cartoons for the community of Santa Rosa.
