It took 15mint before someone ask me can they help me �came in for one thing �manager of the store was the one helping and I got a belt and bag it was ok Could of been better but LV And Burberry Store...s is Best in my Book Ask if u need water take their time It's make you want to spend money because of the way the treating you ��they've said my name so many time feels like I know them �Gucci store don't have ppl skills and they need to learn from this post I just put up because my first time in their and spend 1,300 and because how I got treated I won't go back ..just make it better Yah Suck In Short hill mall � See More

It's crazy how you walk in and they look down on u like you shouldn't be there. You don't know whats in my wallet. I miss the Asian girl that sold me all my bags in there. She was the sweetest. I'l...l stick with Garden State. No one is stank in there. They are all pleasant and helpful. Short Hills really need to get it together. Not everyone dark skinned is bad or broke. ....... I will never go back. I make many purchases from Gucci to be treated like Im invisable. Many associates standing around being distant and trying to avoid you but is overly friendly to people that are... NOT purchading but want to try on every shoe in the store. Ive decided to keep my money and keep purchasing at LV that make me feel like a millionaire (my favorite store anyway). See More

The customer service is HORRIBLE in this store I stood around for 25 minutes before I was even acknowledged but I bet if I stole something I would of gotten everyone's attention.

Celebrating the opening of Gucci Art Lab, François-Henri Pinault Chairman & CEO of Kering and Marco Bizzarri, President and CEO of Gucci. “It is a testament to our belief in creativity, artisanal craftsmanship, innovation and technology, and sustainability, and our bond with our territory,” Marco Bizzarri.

Unveiling Gucci Art Lab, a futuristic center of industrial craftsmanship and experimental laboratory for leather goods and shoes. Located near the historical headquarters of the company outside of Florence in Casellina, the building’s outside walls are hand painted, featuring artworks by talents who have worked with the House, including Unskilled Worker, Jayde Fish, Ignasi Monreal, Phannapast, Angelica Hicks, Trevor Andrew and Coco Capitán.
