Along with 200 tons of supplies to help rebuild Rockport, an organization all the way from Salt Lake City also brought more than 50 volunteers.
We are rebuilding our beautiful park. Progress may appear slow, but our family is giving it all we have. Every lot has been cleared, new service poles installed, water, electricity, telephone, and cable TV restored. We are taking bids for an east side fence, home - office, road repair, maintence shed, front fence, well building, and sign. You will find Anna and I working every day to improve the community. Our own home/office is pretty much lost, due to the black mold. So Chr...istopher, Anna, and I are staying in Corpus.
If you have needs, just ask, we will be there for you. We have eliminated lthe word "no" from our vocabulary. Our prayer team is on their knees talking to the Lord Jesus for each of you. Hurricane Harvey was terrible, but not as mighty as the Lords people.
We ask for your patience and that you pay your rent on time this month. Anna and I are putting everything we own into makeing Gulfway Village beautiful again.

We had a huge crew from the PASS Dept of TAMUCC come out yesterday to help clear debris and clean up. In only a few short hours, they were able to do what would take us about two and a half weeks to accomplish. Upon entering the park, one FEMA inspector said it looks like a Wal Mart parking lot with all the cars parked out here. Thank you PASS for this.
The park came through very well. Of course there is damage, but all homes standing and with all four corners there. Lots of limbs and trees down, so grab your 4x4 and chain saw. (Last pic is for perspective as it is the before picture of my house)
