Did a great job at installing new gutters 4 years ago. However for the last 3 seasons have been trying to get him to come and replace fascia and he keeps saying he's busy and will come the next week u...ntil the the snow comes and then it's put off until the next year again. Now having another company come do the work before our gutters fall off. Reliability rating is -3 stars. See More

I called in late June to get a section of gutter delivered and told Gutter Man I needed it by the end of July. They said it was no problem. When they didn't show up, I called again the first week of ...August to let them know that I had a contractor coming to do some work the second Saturday of August and absolutely needed the gutter by then. They told me it would be delivered on the Thursday or Friday preceding that date. When I didn't hear from them on Thursday EOD, I called them again and they then said they would bring it on the Saturday morning (the day my contractor was coming). They didn't show up on Saturday and never called to say they were not going to. So 3 commitments broken in a row with no courtesy call. Note to Gutter Man: don't commit to jobs you have no intention on doing. And if you have to break a commitment, the least you can do is notify the customer See More

Customer called stating their gutter didn't work. Upon inspection I saw they had gutter guard for the leaves. Gutter was full to the top all four sides. Pine needles got through the screen and clogged the gutters....even with gutter guard, gutter should be inspected at least once a year. Call Gutter Man for all you gutter needs

I will be rescheduling any installs and quotes for a few days as I am not feeling well due to stomach flu.

I hope it doesn't last long but if you try to call and don't receive an answer I will be away from the phone but please leave a message and I will call back as soon as possible or emails will be answered as well.

Spring is getting warmer and calls have started to come in, we are still not back to full time hours but as soon as the weather makes the change to warmer weather we will be working more to get things done as fast as we can.

If you contacted us recently (last 6 months)for a quote, we have been using a new program to send out estimates by email, if you have not received it, please look in your junk folder as we have been informed a few have been found there.
