I received a gift of a tree from Hazeltine Nursery from my colleagues at work. Sheryl was incredibly helpful getting the delivery and planting scheduled and accomplished. The landscapers, James and An...tonio, professionally and efficiently completed the planting as scheduled. At our request, James also engaged the landscape designer, Petra, to help us select and plant additional plantings around our property. The quality of all of the plants is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. We could not be more satisfied with the purchase, as well as the professionalism and quality of the customer service! Recently had 15 trees planted in our community. Hazeltine did a great job from customer service to actual planting. Sheryl was terrific helping me through the whole process. She returned all calls pro...mptly and was always cheerful. She always reassured me there was no need to worry. She would take care of everything and she did. The young men, Terrence and Antonio, that did the planting were courteous and helpful and did a terrific job. Looking forward to working with Hazeltine again in the future! See More

Hazeltine Nurseries is a small, family owned company, not a large box store. We take pride in our beautiful, healthy products and our knowledgeable Garden Center employees. It is our policy that we ...do not warranty the plants that we sell from the Garden Center because we know that when they leave here they are in excellent condition, disease free and ready for planting in a backyard, garden or planter. We do our best to guide our customers in selecting the perfect tree or plants based on where they will be placed at their home. We try to instruct our customers on the best way to care for their purchases. I apologize that you are unhappy but I truly believe that you will find no better quality products than here at Hazeltine Nurseries. See More

Do not come to this company unless you wanna be shorted on checks written into a contract (where they lose and charge you for clothing their employees steal) and treated like garbage. The employees se...xually harrass eachother and have no r spect for themselves or others. The trucks are full of cockroaches and have major SAFETY ISSUES. This company is not for you if you have any morals. See More

Spent a great deal of money there 3 weeks ago, went back today to exchange a diseased hibiscus and buy a few more plants. Absolutely no returns or exchanges. Even Walmart & Home Depot guarantee all pl...ants for one year. Sorry to say they lost a really good customer. See More

Everyone is expendable to them. One minute you're told you're doing well, the next, BAM! Out on your ass...

The National Weather Service has issued a windchill advisory & frost warning for our service area.
In addition to protecting yourself & your pets, now is the time to prepare your garden.

Steps to take when frost or freeze threaten tender plants:
• Bring Indoors: Frost-tender plants in containers should be brought inside during cold weather. Dig up tender bulbs and store them in a cool dry place....
• Water Plants: Water plants thoroughly before a freeze to prevent desiccation and to add insulating water to the soil and plant cells.
• Protect Tender Sprouts: Cover tender plants overnight with an inverted bucket or flower pot, or with a layer of mulch. Be sure to uncover them in the morning when the temperature rises above freezing.
• Cover Shrubs and Trees: Larger plants can be covered with fabric, old bed sheets, burlap, or commercial frost cloths (avoid using plastic). For best results, drape the cover over a frame to keep it from touching the foliage. Fabric covers help to trap heat from the soil, so make sure your cover drapes to the ground. Uncover them in the morning when the temperature rises above freezing.

Bundle up & stay safe! Check on your neighbors! #hni #windchilladvisory #jackfrostneedstogoaway #elsatoo #whobrokeFlorida
