I would like to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for showing Buddy the utmost respect during his time there. As we walked through the door, everyone was very welcoming, kind-hearted, and so ...understanding--this was the first time I felt like it would be "okay." The most touching part of this experience, however, was seeing my baby boy, gently wrapped in a fleece blanket. At that very moment, I knew that he was in good hands. Everything leading up to the cremation, as well as after, was done carefully. Thank you for not only doing your job, but for going beyond what was expected of you. See More

During the hardest day of our lives, Teresa was able to make our wishes come true with assisting in the pick up of our beloved pet and cremation on same day, to bring peace and our pet home. She was v...ery patient with me over the phone as I poured my heart out with our loss. We are beyond thankful for their assistance in getting our baby to us same day. Thank you for everything during our time of need. I definetely recommend their services. See More

We lost our sweet dog this week and chose to bring him here. The staff were beyond kind and helpful and treated our beloved dog of 12 years with love and dignity. We picked him up today and brought ...home a beautiful remembrance of his life, packaged in a special way that helps to put our hearts at peace. Would recommend this place to anyone who's suffered the loss of a pet. See More

My oldest doggie past away on June 24, 2017, she was 15 and lived a good life. I'm a Vet Tech and worked for an animal ER who switched cervices to Hinsdale Pet Cemetery. They are very caring and perfo...rm a great service so I didn't have to think about choosing any other place. I already knew they were compassionate and professional. Thank you for everything and the beautiful clay paw with my girls name. It's been ao hard since she's not here and harder to let her go but, I knew she was in good hands. 😢🐾👼❤ See More

I work at an animal hospital and we use Hinsdale for our beloved patients. They have always shown the utmost respect and care.

Recently I had my own pet mouse, Marshmallow, cremated and selected to ...have a paw print made. I received a beautiful keepsake print of all four of his little paws, AND his tail. It melted my heart, and meant so much that the individual handling my little man thought of such a creative and thoughtful imprint.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart

We have kept rats as pets up to 2 years ago we had 15 over the years, we loved each and every one each with their own personalities...unfortunately rats live a fast but short life 4 years old would be... extremely old, males live to 2 to 3 females maybe 2 as they are prone to female related cancer...We love and miss you all... I actually went through VCA Bolingbrook and our sweet boy snoop was sent here for his cremation. When we picked up our dogs ashes, he was given to us in a beautiful urn with such kind memorial papers.... Hinsdale offered such kindess with that gesture, thank you very much. You made an unbearable situation just a little better. See More

I lost my pup of 12 years a week ago, one if the hardest things I've ever had to do. We got the private cremation and a paw print and they turned out beautifully. And to my surprise I got some of his ...fur back as well. They are so professional here and very compassionate. I just can't say enough good things about them. Thank you taking such good care of my furbaby after his time. See More

Thank you very much. One of the worst periods of my life was made easier. The combination of care, patience, kindness and professionalism was amazing. We got the needed time for proper mourning and with our Sagey girl which was so desperately needed after the shock and heartache at the vet. Chad was amazing coordinating and helping us get setup perfectly! Gianna was fantastic at the gentle care with such tenderness with our little girl. Thank you again. See More

I've been coming here for many years and I will continue to as long as I have fur babies. Very beautiful closing of chapters for myself, as this is the final closure needed to my fur babies lives. Ext...remely professional and very sweet staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my babies. Highly recommend them, but if you are coming for a private cremation, please make an appointment as they can be busy. See More

I found this place in the Yellow Pages back in 1992 when my Sheltie died in his sleep. It's family owned and has been passed down through generations. What a caring and compassionate group of people. ... They took their time and explained everything. The owner even offered to take my young son on a tour to help him better understand and help him feel better about losing our dog. He gave me his card and told me to call if my son needed any more reassurance. I have lost four more dogs since then and have gotten the same kind and compassionate treatment every time. If you're in the area, stop by and walk around the beautiful grounds of the pet cemetery. I had my dogs cremated and they each have their own unique urn and an angel ornament of their breed. See More

My Princess Shadow was my beloved cat of 12 years. She was born Sept. 12, 2004 and died March 17th,2017. I just received her Ashes an Wooden Rainbow Bridge Urn box. Also her Paw Prints in clay from I'm very happy with them. She was so so special to me! I was going to upgrade the Urn box by making one but I like this one so much In just going to add an Engraved Memorial plate on the front of it. Then I'm going to make a Shadow Box of pictures and her things to hang on the wall. I planted the Wildflowers that you provided to the Animal Hospital to give to me. I planted them in Shadows Water bowls the day she passed away. The very next day one sprouted!! Then today (the day I received her Ashes) two more sprouted! FYI it takes 14 to 21 days for Wildflowers to sprout. Its been less than a week..... See More

My loving family pet was cremated the end of Sept. I really had a difficult time losing him. I was told that his ashes would be strewn over the butterfly garden. Honestly, I am at peace with this imag...e in my mind but after visiting the actual "garden" in person I was rather disappointed. I imagined a beautiful area that was inviting and peaceful but instead it was just a weed infested mixed-match of flowers located way in the back adjacent to a storage shed. Not at all what I expected. I realize that it is the change of season and flowers are going into seed but it could have been quite lovely with a little TLC. The receptionist was very nice and walked us to the garden. She was apologetic for the condition of the area. I felt like kneeling down on the ground and get to work on it. I had been given a packet of seeds from our vet donated from your cemetery. I will plant those wild flowers in my own garden in memory of our beautiful sweet dog. The over-all experience visiting the Cemetery and seeing the tombstones and flowers placed upon the graves was very moving. I felt the love.
A must see!

If anyone has any old pictures of the cemetery we would love to see them. Here is a video I took out the front door yesterday. It was a really nice day yesterday.
The products of combustion when natural gas burns are primarily carbon dioxide and water vapor. Since modern crematories burn natural gas - the cleanest of all fossil fuels - the water vapor becomes visible when we experience extreme cold. This was not smoke, only steam.
