I am from out of state and usually I have my dad or friends to help me with vehicle issues. Now that I live down here alone, I was worried I would go to a garage and get over charged for something bec...ause I’m a female and don’t know much about cars. Well, Scott and his crew are awesome! I feel confident that they gave me all the info I needed and answered any questions I had about what was going on with my car. Not once did I feel like they were trying to screw me over or empty my wallet! Car is fixed! Great crew over there! Thanks guys See More

My car engine died and I thought it was the starter. I took my car to Scott and he looked at it. He said it was not the starter, but the engine had locked up. He was honest and I loved that. He to...ld me to call the dealership and see if it was by chance, perhaps covered under any warranty. I called the dealership and in fact, it was covered. Scott was honest and he saved me a ton of money. I have used him 3 times in the past 5 years and you will not find a more honest business and man to tell you what is really wrong with your car. I put my trust in him and will again if I ever need to in the future! You would be in good hands with Holland Auto Care! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! See More

I've used them for over 25 years and have always had great service and work done. You do not stay in business that long without doing the right thing, and they always have. Thanks Scott!

I have been a customer of Holland Auto Care Center for a number of years through multiple vehicles. I have always been treated courteously and do not trust my vehicles with anyone else. In the past I ...was even assisted with a loaner vehicle when mine wasn't ready. My vehicles are older and they have helped keep them running like new! Parking is an issue but they always have helped me (and others as I was waiting) with the logistics of navigating tight spaces. I have referred them to numerous people over the years and will continue to do so. See More

My father taught me the importance of knowing a good mechanic at a young age and so I passed that on to my children, here in Greensboro that is Scott Holland and boys at Holland Auto care. He is know...n by name in my family, including the 7 year old, because of his willingness and ability to take care of our families automotive needs and there are a plenty.

From coming to my wife's rescue with a flat tire on the side of the road to a standard car inspection and oil change, Scott knows what is just a run of the mill situation for Holland Auto care is life altering for someone's family.

We use Holland for all our auto needs, as well as UHaul, unless it is something Scott feels would be handled better with a specialist and he will let you know what is best for you as a customer, more so, a Friend.

Parking is tight because so many people feel the way we do, so if you are a first timer, don't worry, just ask them where to leave and they'll make it happen.

A couple years ago I was a college student living in Greensboro. I have an old truck that I've nearly completely restored myself. I've done basically all the engine work myself, and know my way around... tools, and especially my own vehicle. I was having some problems with it and didn't have the time to do the repairs for myself so I brought the truck to them. Before doing so I ran the codes letting me know what was wrong according to the computer. I called about 20 minutes before I arrived. Once I got there I stood for 4 or 5 minutes in the shop before anyone acknowledged my presence. Eventually I was approached and I explained the problem and told him it was on an old truck. He immediately assumes it's something simple, and goes out in the shop telling everyone "well it just needs a tune up". He said this multiple times while I was trying to explain the symptoms. I know that it wasn't in need of a tune-up because I had just done one myself a few weeks beforehand. Without asking to see the truck himself or saying he would get to it he just walks off. I was in a hurry because I had to be at work but after 20 minutes of standing there waiting for a "we'll take a look at it" or "we'll be with you in just a minute" I approach him again and he's still convinced there's no problem with the truck (he STILL hasn't even seen it yet). It was 30 minutes before I left without having anything fixed. I took it to another shop and they took it in almost immediately and it was ready the next day. See More
