The first Mass in the new Chapel on our Haverhill Campus was celebrated on Friday, February 16, 2018, which was celebrated by Bishop Robert Hennessey, Vicar General Regional Bishop-Merrimack Valley. Bishop Hennessey plans to return for the next two Fridays - February 23 and March 2 - to celebrate Mass at noon.

Holy Family Hospital volunteer Kathy Sheehy recently celebrated 50 years of volunteer service and was honored with citations from Massachusetts State Representative Linda Dean Campbell and Congresswoman Nikki Tsongas. Kathy happily greets patients, families and staff at the front desk in the main lobby every Wednesday. She is pictured with Vice President Wayne T. Dodwell, Representative Linda Dean Campbell and June Black from the office of Congresswoman Niki Tsongas. Congratulations Kathy!

Each year Haverhill campus Mail Courier Sean Davis chooses a special valentine and this year it was Marketing Director Jean MacDougall-Tattan. Sean presented Jean with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and three metallic heart-shaped helium balloons. In return, Jean gave Sean a puppy stuffed animal, which he quickly named Rocco, along with a heart shaped box of
chocolates.

Welcome Katie Scanlon LeBlanc, the new Chaplain at Holy Family Hospital – Haverhill. Katie, who grew up in the Merrimack Valley, has been in ministry for the last 34 years at various parishes in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Holy Family Hospital is pleased to welcome board-certified OB-GYN Shilpa Monga, MD, FACOG, who has joined SMG Methuen Obstetrics and Gynecology in Methuen, and Steward Primary Care and Women’s Health Haverhill. Her special interests include preventive care, adolescent gynecology, contraception, prenatal and postnatal care, and gynecological surgery including minimally invasive procedures.
