Worst customer service experience , my sister and I buy our grandma wine from here every Christmas. This year there was no shop in the mall (they’re SO nice there usually) so we went to the main store.... The lady didn’t greet or acknowledge us AT ALL upon entering, was rude about us trying wine and our local IDs (she asked for both of them twice, my sister doesn’t drink) and then proceeded to lecture me that mine didn’t look like me and I should change that. Needless to say, I think we’re buying our wine elsewhere next year, we’re completely disappointed with their customer “service” and spending our hard earned money here. See More

Our family visited yesterday and had a great experience, I was curious about the alcohol selection and got to work with Mathias. Not only did he take the time to explain the differences in alcohol (I ...ended up buying the Cinnamon Colorado Honey Whiskey based on taste) and their fermentation but made some great suggestions on other purchases as well. (the Pomegranate whipped wildflower honey is AMAZING). That dude needs a raise! We’ll definitely be making some future purchases too! See More

We are vacationing and just so happened to see this place and decided to go. It was awesome! The environment was lovely and the staff was so nice and polite. We were able to try samples of the differe...nt honeys, jams and jellies. My daughter found the queen bee and for doing so she got a free honey stick. I bought some hand lotion which is amazing and also some honey cinnamon spread which again, is also amazing! I look forward to coming back next year and will definitely order some of the spread online since I live about 15 hours away. I would recommend this place to anyone! See More

Last year I was given a jar of Chocolate Buzz for Christmas. This year I got the Carmel Honey Sauce! Creamy with a hint of brown sugar! It is the closest thing to Nirvana I have ever tasted! I just or...dered 1 Chocolate Buzz and 2 Caramel Honey's this afternoon. Can't wait! I think I need to keep both of these on hand at all times! See More

We tried to make an order online, but were unable to order candles along with our other items. My boyfriend and I called to see if we could order everything we wanted, including candles. The woman we ...originally spoke to was very nice and recommended we order a catalog online, which we did, but it still has not come in and it was ordered last week. Today, we decided to call and try to order the candles over the phone, but we were told that Honeyville was slammed and to call them back another time. Their products are amazing and I absolutely love them, but the customer service seems to be lacking a little bit. I had a total of 12 items that I had wanted to order, but I also wanted some of their beautiful beeswax candles as well. Honestly though, I'm a little put off with the experience. Someday maybe we will be able to complete our order... See More

If it is possible to put heaven in a jar, the good folks at Honeyville have come pretty close to bottling that lightning in their highly addictive Chokecherry Jelly. Running a close runner-up is chokecherry syrup. To those who already know about chokecherry jelly, I suspect your ears just came to full mast. To those who have yet to discover it ... don’t dawdle. The magic is sooooo totally worth the effort.

That being said, at the time of this writing, if you’ve never been to the Honeyville store in Durango, don’t rely solely on your GPS. The new facilities are completely marvelous, but they’re also a tad north of current GPS memories. So, if you’re coming in from Silverton, keep your eyes open. You’ll get there sooner than you think. If you’re coming in from Durango proper, just head up the road a piece, and you’ll find it. Can’t hardly miss it, in fact.

Bottom line is, If you’ve already got a sweet tooth, this place is close to Nirvana. If you don’t ... well, these delightful friendly folks can surely help you fix that!

(Worry not if you can’t get to Durango yourself ... They deliver!)

We went there today. The staff wasn't very friendly....we weren't greeted by anyone. We did our shopping and left. Has been the least friendliest place we have visited in the area. If we had been ...offered samples, would probably have bought more but that wasn't the case. No one ever even asked if we needed help. See More

This was a fun excursion my husband and I took while camping in the Durango area. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the honey whisky and wines. I purchased a tube of "Naturally" Honey Nec...tar whipped hand lotion. I really like the healing properties of the honey as well as the product does not contain any mineral or petroleum. Works very well!! Well worth the quick trip to Honeyville!! See More

I love the honey. Its actually available where I live at my local supermarket in Albuquerque. We drove through Durango and I was excited to see the shop. However, staff was very snobby. No greeting, a...nd poor customer service. Its like they didnt want us there. But they provided superb customer service to the small group buying alcohol. It kind of bothered me. Enough to post my experience. We spent about $100 while others got bags with handles for little items, my large heavy jars of honey and a honey pot were shoved into a paper lunch sack. Next time I visit Durango, I dont think I would spend my money there again. See More

What a neat place! I've never heard of it before. We drove past it on our way to the b&b we were staying at and stopped on a whim. So glad we did. Everything I sampled was delicious. I ended up bu...ying chocolate raspberry wine, butter pecan syrup and chocolate buzz. See More
