Love this black walnut wall. They used the heart and sap wood which always looks more beautiful and interesting. Thanks for sharing Oakley Home Builders.

Selection Spotlight: We love a room with a story! This OHB client had a black walnut tree on their property that had to go, but the tree found new life thanks i...n part to Horigan Urban Forest Products, Inc. as a reclaimed wood wall in the basement. It certainly adds character and warmth to this gathering space. #reclaimedwood #oakleyonforest #naperville #dreamhome #basement #customhome #interiordesign #custombuild #woodworking http://www.oakleyhomebuilders.com/naperville

Catalpa and walnut minimalist desk. If you haven't worked with catalpa , give it a try. It's light weight, easy to machine and has beautiful grain.

From tree to table ( and bench). The white oak trees that we milled and kiln dried stood just about where these dining tables stand not. It was very rewarding to see this project completed. Kudos to our shop guys, Matt and Tim for a job well done!

This White Oak bench is almost ready for delivery. It's going back to live in close proximity to where the tree that we milled for the client grew. We love doing this work and are in constant gratitude for those who choose to re- use the Urban Forest.
