HP asked dads and daughters to read real interview tips for women found online. Here's what they found:

"Don't be too chatty. Women tend to talk a lot during in...terviews."

"Women who are job-hunting might want to cover grey hair."

"Don't be aggressive trying to negotiate your salary."

And my favorite: "Avoid dressing too much like a woman" (as one daughter points out, no one tells you not to dress too much like a man).

We may not realize it, but we are all affected by unconscious bias. Sometimes it's obvious. Sometimes it lurks below the surface. Either way, we need to start talking about it. We can’t create an equal world until we all start being honest about the stereotypes that run deep in our culture – including the ones that often go unnoticed. That's what makes this video so powerful.

At Facebook, offering training to help employees manage unconscious bias is an important part of our culture and mission. HP is championing it too as part of their efforts to create a more inclusive workforce. They know this isn't just the right thing to do – it's also good for business, because diverse teams get better results.

When we break down bias, we give women a fair shot to pursue their ambitions and make their mark on the world. We all want that for our daughters. #ReinventMinds #LeanIn
