I've been to the restaurant twice and fell in love with it! First time I was there, the wings were cooked to perfection, and the fish sandwich was crispy on the... outside and moist on the inside, the fries were delicious, and the staff were professional yet friendly. The second time I was there was for my birthday and the atmosphere was so much fun! One of the staff was dressed like a crazed doctor and I kept feeding him french fries because I loved his performance! The bacon cheeseburger was medium rare...just as I requested, the bartender can really make a mean margarita!! And the waiter and waitress gave me a slice of birthday cake and sang a hilarious birthday song...LOL. If you want to have a real blast with family and friends, I totally recommend it!! See More

Went there last night & had what was probably the worst meal i ever paid for. The 30min wait was north of 1 hour, service at the table was also very slow, & th...e 12oz. Medium stip steak iordered was tougher than my leather glove. Kitchen should be ashamed of what they served us. Never again!!! See More

The seating was very tight and cramped. You can only pay either in cash or American express. And not to mention they had a $3.00 "entertainment" fee that you don't know about until you are already seated. The service and bathrooms were terrible. But the food and drinks were pretty good.

We found this place when heading to (guy f's restaurant next door) when in New York for my 40th birthday, it was fantastic myself husband and 2 sons loved it food and entertainment, with so many things to look at, we sat next to the talking elephant head and our sons loved looking for the bathrooms, have told everyone we know who is going to New York to go here. My friends and I attended the club last night, and it was the absolute best time! The decor and theme of the restaurant is unlike any other, and all of the staf...f is so sweet and amazing! The actors are incredible, especially the lead actor! He was so full of energy and charisma, and our entire table of ladies may have fallen in love with him! The food is also delicious, and the prices are great! This is something not to be missed! Even though it may be in the really touristy part of town, it's still incredible and unique with a charming, fun, and relaxing vibe! I can't wait to go back! See More

My family and I came across this place (on 44th) by chance. We stopped in for lunch (oct 3) and it was the best thing we did! We had an incredible experience. T...he service, the food, the entertainment - all was amazing! Even finding the bathroom was an adventure! We had such a wonderful time, we went back for the haunted house they're hosting for all of October. Can't wait for our next trip to NYC so we can go back! Maybe you all should consider opening a location in north Toronto (canada) See More

My friends and I came by on a whim and decided to completely embrace the experience. We went on a Wednesday, so it wasn't too busy, and we would get up and exci...tedly go watch any animated object that started telling a story in our general area. When the show started, the seats by the stage were empty so we went down quickly and sat as close as possible. All of the actors started coming by our table when they noticed how into it we were and continued to try and scare us and get to know a little about us. Towards the end of our stay, they customized the murderous mermaid by our table to talk to us by name and "yell" at us for trying to take her man. Anytime we went out for a smoke break, any of the characters outside would chat with us, do tricks, and all in all were very entertaining and fun. Well worth the three hours and the money we spent on our food. We'll never forget that night and all the laughs we had. See More

Not as good as I had hoped. Worth it because i had a groupon. I think they have groupons because they need more business. Our "host" was completely annoying (2/...27/14) and his jokes fell flat. He spent way too much time at our table. The idea was great but we were smooched in like sardines and our table felt in the way of traffic. The food was very good. But I would not go again. See More

The food was great, the entertainment was good. My fiance and I enjoyed ourselves. The only reason I don't give it five stars is because it's a little cramped (...the back of my chair kept getting bumped practically every time a patron needed to get to the bathroom), and I'm pretty sure we were overcharged for drinks we bought at the bar prior to being seated. I love this place They have great alcoholic drinks and Amazing fried pickles! The Halloween theme is so awesome with a floor show and animatronics on the walls ...that interact with the audience It was kind of expensive but I went for my birthday celebration so I didn't mind but you're paying for the novelty and the interactive entertainment There is no other place like this and if you like Halloween and old horror stuff this place Rocks! The best restaurant in NY. I have never had quite the experience, prices are fair and entertainment was like nothing else. Professor Willee Rott was very interactive with the patrons and we had a blast. Thank you.

Be sure to take a group because the snobby wait staff won't bother with single diners. I waited over 20 minutes, in an almost empty restaurant, for lunch and was never even asked if I wanted a glass of water.
