Love love love jelly beans in Widnes!
We come here quite often .... my 6 yr old & 5 yr old love it. Loads of space & loads for them to do. Unlimited play, extras of crazy golf, go carts & climbing wal...l.
I have an 8 yr old son who is in a wheelchair and has very complex medical needs (he is unable to play) ..... staff are always very helpful and considerate.
We always eat at jelly beans and our food is always hot and prepared to order so always fresh. Coffee is served in a mug instead of paper cups which is, for me, lovely :)
It's great that you can purchase large jugs of juice or water for the children as oppose to fruit shoots or fuzzy pops.
Visiting again tomorrow and looking forward to letting the kids have fun whilst I have a nice brew.

Visited today for the first and last time! £6 for a 1 year old and only place for them to play is a tiny grubby soft play area which was full of older kids jumping all over them as no staff monitoring.... Waited 15 min in a queue for a drink, whilst watching a girl in the kitchen preparing food with no gloves on and sneezing in to her hands and then told minimum spend on card is £4! Place looks in need of a good clean and revamp been to so many better places at cheaper prices and with much better facilities. See More

Freezing, and it wasn’t even as if it had just opened and was warming up.
Dirty environment with adults just walking in play areas with shoes on.
Put £2.00 in one of the machines but turned out it w...asn’t working, but no ‘out of order’ sign was displayed- when I approached staff to let them know, rude response and not very helpful and just gave me the £2.00 back. Suggested she put an out of order sign on and she replied abruptly ‘yes I am’.
Changing facilities were dirty especially the pull down changing mat.
Will not be returning, which is a shame as I remember bringing my eldest son here a few years back & even had a party for him here too.
Only positive was my littles ones face coming down the slide.

We booked a private party on Sunday for my 6 year old and she loved it. It was really nice to have the place to ourselves and it didn’t cost that much more per head. The staff couldn’t be more helpful... throughout the night. My daughter loved sitting on her throne like a princess so everyone could sing happy birthday and the children couldn’t wait to eat all of the food. There was definitely more than enough. Lots of parents enjoyed the private party and commented how the children could enjoy themselves so much more. We will definitely use jellybeans again. Thanks See More

More like an army camp than a children's play area. Staff on tannoy moaning about older kids under 2,s play area. My 12 year old son usually inseparable from his 18 month old niece was here as it wasn...'t allowed in the play area with her even though he's there supervising his niece. Won't be coming back just want your money See More

My son enjoys it here but £6 for a 1 year old is rather expensive, especially since the Jungle has more on offer for under 2’s. It’s SO much cleaner and costs £4.95 for a member and it’s free to join.... The only reason I come here every now and then is for a change of scenery from our weekly Jungle visits. I also found a crumpet in the ball pool. We left shortly afterwards. See More

So I took my 9 year old daughter and 18 month old son to jelly beans today. Place was cold and dirty.
No customer service and cost me the same for both kids. I went 2 weeks ago and prices are not put ...up anywhere for you to check and no receipt given. I have been going here for years and after today I won't go back in a hurry x See More

Staff were polite however the carpet area on the upstairs under 5 section really really needs cleaning .. it's got seriously thick dust & muck ( definitely not a days worth and I was there at 9.30 am... when I saw it )which is not good in a child's play area .... See More

My fussy 5 year old wanted toast for lunch at 12pm only to be told no it's on the breakfast menu which finishes at 11:30am. Staff were happy to sell me bread and butter but due to 'policy' it couldn...'t be toasted.
Pathetic behaviour for a business that relies on making children happy.

The beauty and the Beast party was well organised from start to finish keeping even a two year old entertained, fantastic two hours, my daughter loved every minute. From games like hokey cokey, the p...lay areas to Belle and beast singing she didn't want to come home. My only gripe is it was too warm in the venue. If we were warm so where the characters but they kept in character and did a magical job of make believe and made all the kids happy xx See More

Very dirty , toilets and baby change ,Filthy !!!! and considering children in socks are using them,
then back into the play area it goes without saying it must be a health hazard
It could be a great... venue after a good deep clean See More

I took my 4 year old twin nieces yesterday and was really disappointed. I was shocked to be charged £12 to get in - no twin discount, and that doesnt include lunch! The play centre I usually use coats... me less then £10 and thats to get in, and with 2 hot meals and a drink!!! We stayed 40 minutes - the kids found it too big and the fact that you need to pay extra for some of the activities! I went to get a coffee and was told to pay on my card I had to spend at least £4.00! Annoying. So 40 minutes later and £16 down we left. Will be going back to out usual play centre in future!!! I've just been today and whilst there I witnessed a couple and an older woman having an argument. They were shouting swearing and very aggressive towards each other. There were children around and it ...went on for about 10 mins and not one member of staff intervened! I ended up intervening myself as there was a young child with them and the older lady was very upset. The play area is great for kids although I feel it's not staffed very well and if there were staff that saw what was going on they should of asked them to politely leave. See More

Great play centre, with friendly staff. Lots of space for kids to run around, and play - and I loved the age separated areas. My 2 year old loves to explore, and often "gets stuck" on the big frames... in other centres, but the specially designed frame for 2-4 year olds was perfect for him. I'd definitely recommend, and I will be back. Oh, did I mention the toasties..?? :D See More

Hi I sent this message on the 28th May and thought I would give you a few days to reply to which you haven't (typical replies within an hour it says) i went with my 14 month old daughter and my friend... and his 14 month old son. it is Great place for kids but £6 for a 1 year old is pretty disgusting, plus older kids in the baby bit is not good at all. There should be staff monitoring that at all times. I wouldn't recommend this place for kids under 2. See More

I was so looking forward to treat the children and have nice time watching them play and have lunch but then
£6 x 3 on the door
Plus over £27 on food then asked for a jug of water as children had dr...ank there drink from being so warm to be told i would be charge £1 for tap water !!!!!!!!!! Is a disgrace only one member of staff was pleasant the rest looked like they didnt want to be there and no customer service at all for the prices i paid i should of taken the children for a nice slap up meal and then the park. Which i will be doing in future how you live with yourselves ripping family's off like this is disgusting. See More
