We would like to remind everyone that, despite the turmoil and violence plaguing this election, that Vice President Joe Biden has never confused a quail with a 77-year old lawyer, nor has he ever shot anyone in the face.

Whether or not Joseph Robbinette Biden, Jr. chooses to enter the race for the Presidency, it's important to remember that during his tenure as V.P., he has yet to fire a load of birdshot into the face of an elderly lawyer.

As his final term as our nation's VP winds down, it's important to remember: Joe Biden has yet to shoot a 77-year-old man in the face while taking aim at a wingless bird on ranch in Texas.

While the eyes of the world will be on #POTUS and the #StateoftheUnion tonight, let's pause to remember how the current vice president has not, to date, ever shot a senior citizen in the face mistaking him a flightless bird.

Just as a reminder that on this day in 2006, then-Vice President Dick Cheney shot a 77-year-old man in the face with a shotgun, believing the man to be a small, flightless bird.
