Chefs Mark & Bunny made this salad from JBYG spinach, pea shoots and sunflower shoots. They also added fresh strawberries, Gorgonzola cheese, balsamic and rice vinegar, olive oil, and unsalted peanuts. Nice work!
Plenty of Spicy Lettuce Mix available this week at the market. It's a mix of mustard greens, arugula, oakleaf, a little broccoli and red leaf lettuce. Will also have Romaine - get there early for that - sold out by 11am last week. And look for something new that is going to be a real winner... Dill micro's!
Forecast for tomorrow is sunny and temps in the mid-80's. Sounds like it will be a perfect morning to head down to the Clark Fork Market and get some fresh Romaine Lettuce. First come, first served!
