I had the chance to work with JR today when he did a clinic for GW Graham in Chilliwack BC Canada. The was so great with the kids and taught them in a way that was easy for them to learn. In the 2+ hr...s he worked with them I saw improvement in agility, Footwork and overall body control. Thanks so much for everything JR can't wait to work with you again in the future. My team and I had the honor of getting a chance to learn from Coach Redmond at our annual spring camp. He was one of the most humble and amazing teachers of not only the game of football but of life. ...His ability to design unique drills that mirror game like body functions and movements then teach them to the kids was top notch. The improvement in our kids was almost instant as he would watch the kids during a practice then implement a drill to help them improve and by the following Indy session you could see not only little improvement but in fact major improvements in all the kids. You can tell instantly that Coach Redmond has a passion for not only the game of football but for helping the kids become better players. I would highly recommend whether you were a team or an individual looking to get an edge in your game to bring him in. Thank you coach for taking the time in coming up to Canada and working with our team

One of the Best Speed & Agility Camps I've seen....Coach Redmond breaks everything down, and explains each drills & demonstrates. Also if time permits after workouts, he will practice running back, receiver & defensive back skills....Coach Redmond was a All City running back/defensive back in high school. All American Running Back with ASU National Champions & 2002 Super Bowl Champion with New England Patriots. .....Recommend this camp to any athlete, who wants better footwork, faster, quicker, & more agile. .... I got to spend the last three days coaching with, and most importantly learning from JR Redmond. In those three days, I can honestly say that I learned more than I have from any manual or book that I...'ve read about coaching and technique, any video that I have ever watched, and anyone else that I've ever talked to.

The way he interacts with the kids at camp is incredible. He's a leader and an inspiration to them. He took kids who had never stepped on a football field and had no interest in being there...and turned them into kids who had a desire to finish every drill as strong as they could, and into kids who didn't just want to be football player...but were football players.

He spared no expense of his time while with our organization. He offered limitless tips to us coaches, and spend time after the camp finished just to hang out with the players and get to know them better.

I highly recommend working with JR. He's a true professional. His emphasis on education, responsibility, accountability, and preparation aren't just football lessons...they're life lessons. If you have the chance to do this, don't pass it up. You'll be missing out on a golden opportunity.

JR - Thanks again for making your way out to Maryland to work with our Cecil County Jaguars and the other teams from the surrounding area. It was our privilege to have you there. We're already looking forward to the next one.

Just finished a camp in Abbotsford BC, thoroughly impressed. Great 2 hour camp from top to bottom with multiple age brackets that flowed throughout the entire 3 hour actual run time.

Would recommend... any to any age or level looking to pursue speed and agility for any sport.

Time and money well spent.

This is awesome....

Alex and Jamie Schneider are identical twin brothers, profoundly autistic, yet they love to run! ABC News covered their story at the 2013 NYC Marathon.

The NFL Trust has a great transitional program for NFL retired players. I would recommend any retired player to attend one of the NFL trust transitional player program conferences.

As an alumni, you get the opportunity to go from executive suite to suite...Shaking hands and meeting people. Look who I found hanging out in one of them--Julian Edelman!! Hands down, one of Toms favorite targets and explosive wide receiver. Get well soon Mr. Edelman!
