The City of Katy recently completed a beautiful repaving job on Bartlett Road. Now they're prepping it to paint a bright yellow double solid line down the middle of this 100% residential street. No other residential street has this bright yellow line, passing is not a problem. This seems like a waste of taxpayer $ and a great way to ruin the feel of a neighborhood. Please reconsider.
