Man can the struggle be real! But this is usually what will make or break your weight lost.
Fitness Tip😉: Choose an eating cut off time. I do this myself. If I tell myself no eating after 8, I'm more likely not to go to the kitchen to eat or any snacking, which gives me greater room for success. Also when eating right before bed, this allows your body to store un used food energy as fat. You want to get your body in fat burning mode through out the night. So maybe sip on decaf green tea instead.
