I'm asked often for auditory stim recommendations after I mentioned in an article that I have a playlist for helping distract me from meltdowns. Figured I'd share my personal playlist here!

These are basically sensory intense songs of various genres that are my personal safe alternative to harmful things like hitting my head against the wall or clawing at myself when I'm really overloaded. Headphones recommended. Listener beware: You may hate all of them!
