So friendly !!!!! I usually go to mason farms because it's right by where I live and more convenient for me. Unfortunately the customer service is no good, employees look like they hate their jobs and... are very rude. I don't even get greeted most times. But today I was downtown and stopped for some apples, the workers were so friendly !! I will be back ! And will be going out of my way just to go ! Thanks for the fresh fruit and great experience :) See More

I visited the Farmer's Market today with my preschool class as a part of our "First Day of Fall Walk". We look all over downtown for signs of fall and the farmer's market is where we always end up as... it is a great place to show the children one of the greatest signs of fall...the harvest. I always let my class know before we enter the stand that they are to keep their hands to themselves and not touch anything. We entered the stand today and the children were behaving very well as I showed them the different fruits and vegetables. This is such a wonderful learning experience for them! I was just about finished and heading toward the checkout so we could buy some apples for an apple tasting lesson next week when I was told by someone working at the stand that we had to leave because we were "blocking customers and I can't afford that". There were literally 2 or 3 other people in the stand and not one of them seemed annoyed that we were there. We had only been there about 3 minutes when we were asked to leave. Needless to say, we did not purchase any apples and unfortunately, the children had to see that some people in this world are not very nice. We have visited the Farmer's Market for years on our fall walk. I'm sorry to say that we won't be back....what a shame. See More
