Hi. Suggestion: do not auto change the payment amount eg: from 1000 to 10.00 in the next page. If you wish to so, do it in the same page. This always cause payer to pay the wrong tax amount. Developer... please refer to any bank how this can be done nicely.

As usual service from government. call center line always busy how to become call center? consult us for better IP PBX.

No common sense and poor attitude by call center personel as well.

Went to Jalan Duta branch, First floor and second floor all good service ��. Just can't stand the officer from counter 7 who served me just now. Bad manners. Not gonna say which level, hope he will im...prove his service. Peace. See More

The most ineffecient and non emphatic goverment body. Truly disappointed with their service. When you think their email reply is bad and not answering question , try go personally to the office. It'...s much worse. Feels like ball kicked around. See More

Can you kindly go and advise LHDN Duta Branch to answer call? Especially the person in charge of the stamp duties... I call thousand times but no one pick up my call.... really suck la...

I am an OKU and is disabled since 2012. Dissappointed because Lembaga HDN charged saya cukai sebanyak RM35,472.46 pada Tahun 2012. I cleared all my tax dues before government released my pencen in Mar...ch 2012. But these 2 years, I received letter demanding to pay outstanding tax amounting RM35,472.46 from my part-time job at CIMB Wealth Advisors in 2012 saying #LHDN detected my income in CIMB WA for that year of more than RM100,000, thus tax me RM30,000 +. I forward my statement of income of RM300 from CIMB WA to Miri office last year, it seems they ignored all documents I forwarded. I can't walk properly till now since 2012 due to stroke. If your dept is adamant and insist you take action on me, by all means, I have all my documents from Doctors, CIMB Wealth Advisors, my bank book to show I have no income that much as your department detected. PENGUMUMAN

Dukacita dimaklumkan operasi di LHDNM Cawangan Klang pada 21-22 April 2018 dibuka dengan perkhidmatan terhad akibat masalah yang tidak dapat dielakkan. Kerja-kerja penyelenggaraan sedang dijalankan. Pelanggan yang ingin membuat e-Filing, sila hadir ke Cawangan LHDNM lain yang berdekatan.
