This place is so kid oriented. They have so much going on for the children. My girls LOVE tech Tuesdays. They learn so much. The ladies at the library make it so fun for the kids that they do not even... realize it's educational. See More

There is always something fun to do. If they don't have the book I want, they will get it for me, even if it means borrowing it from another library. I also enjoy the craft activities they have at v...arious times during the year. See More

LCPL Has so much to enjoy! They have been awesome at hosting workshops and events for adults and kids. My mother and I recently went to the Gingerbread workshop they hosted and even as 2 grown "adul...ts", we had an absolute blast! See More

Staff is always helpful to me. No matter what problem I run into they are there to help. I wish there was a better selection of books on their book mobile.

Took my granddaughter Sat. Oct 29 to see Creepy Creatures. We both really enjoyed the program , was educational and she got to hold a Hissing Cockroach. She was so proud of herself. The library offers... a variety of programs , movies , etc. We have enjoyed everything we have attended. Thanks for doing such a good job. See More

READING AND WRITING EDUCATION SHOCK..I just discovered that a nine year old LINCOLN COUNTY fourth grader can not read his birthday card with greetings written in cursive..I did not know cursive is not... taught in all public schools. That means that technically a Lincoln County fourth grader cannot read a coca cola bottle, the word FORD on a car or truck, quite a few greeting cards, old documents etc. How can it be good education to dumb a child down on one end as an attempt to make him smarter on the other end..I need the reason for eliminating cursive explained to me, but don't use cursive because those who really need the explanation most won't be able to read it....LOL NOT!!! I've always loved the library, that is until I earned I owed fines over $100 for "lost" books that I turned in over 2 months ago.
