I went here for my first time this week and got a balayage. The lady that did my hair put too many foils in my hair and put them way too close to the top of my head. I've gotten a full head of highlig...hts done before and that's what it looked like when I walked out of the salon. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the look I was going for. I called the next day and I was squeezed right in to get it fixed, which I totally appreciate. Another lady did my hair and it looks BEAUTIFUL. It's exactly what I wanted and I wasn't charged. But when I got home I noticed there was some hair dye on the side of my face. I tried to get it off and my skin quickly started to get irradiated. Because of my skins reaction, I had to go to the doctors to get cream because of the left on hair dye. See More

I am a busy working person who goes on years before I get my hair done. I have decided it's time to get a trim and color because my gray hairs are becoming more obvious (I know I should embrace aging;...-). But my schedule was tight and I am doing it between appointments with my own business. I told them the time I needed to be back for my business appointment and they made it work with the time I had and did what I needed done. I had been to several salons & they never seemed to get what I wanted done with my hair. They either cut too much or too little... I have to say the last time I had my hair cut the girl messed it up h...orribly I left in tears! I called Lisa Nichols salon and talked to Sam Peach.
