I remember I last visit this office when it was 20 years ago my husband was still alive to process business license for me.
Today, I went there to vote for our ...next president of USA.
The building was very big, I called before I went there. It's on the 3rd floor. The staff was very nice and helpful. I wanted to make sure I didn't make any error for my vote. The explained me very clearly.
As it's my first time to vote, they helped me to take a pictures as well.
I left my driver license, they called me from my record immediately. Glad I was just round the corner of the building. I got it back as I was going to fly out again.
This is a busy building with many government offices. Look like the other staff are also very helpful and friendly too.

With less than an hour remaining to be able to exercise my right to vote I was prepared to stand in a long line to drop off my mail-in ballot. As I pulled into ...the parking lot, much to my surprise, I was greeted with curbside service and the whole thing took less than a minute and I was on my way home.Great job for those who work so hard last night See More

Waited in line with all the rest of the senior citizens, children, etc. No place to sit down. The people that work there are not very customer oriented and it's... super disorganized. If you want to get married, they make you go to the back and a clerk comes to get you. You have to walk by the men's room, and as you do... it smells bad. Then, as if they were truly focused on "you the customer," they have this pompous art piece to show off how "good they are" and you can memorialize the experience of getting married here, again... next to the men's room. When I left this county building, I got a ticket for parking in the massive employee parking lot which is 3 times the size than those for the customers. When I was shown where I was suppose to park, there was reserved parking for their management closest to the door... BMW, Mercedes, BMW, Acura, etc. Nice to know tax payer dollars are spent for county employees to get the prime parking spots but me... a citizen... can hope for nothing more than a selfie by the men's room and no place to sit. DMV is better put together... sadly. See More

Yesterday my voting site was closed due to a shooting. After work I went to an alternate polling place to vote. The poll workers at fire station #32 should be... commended!!!! They had the provisional voters taken care of. They were amazing, organized, and on top of things!!! Due to the circumstances in Azusa it was a difficult afternoon, the woman who said she was the supervisor was so considerate, sympathetic and reassuring while processing our little "pink envelopes". Thank you!!! See More

Went in for early voting as I was in the neighbourhood. It was easy. Reasonably quick in that I checked in and they had to look me up and prepare the correct ballot. I would do it again. I also like you can take it home and mail it if you like.

Never received my mail in ballot. Everything else arrived so...

Requested another ballot...twice. ...
Nothing received

Now in line in NoHo, thirty miles from home. One of just 5 early voting places in the county with 15 million residents spread over a 120 mile span.

Sample ballot says:

"Why should I vote early? Avoid the long lines on election day!"

Someone in your office has a wicked sense of humor.

I went here for early voting. The process was simple, easy and fast. The only slow part was going through all of those voter initiatives. Holy Moly was the t...hat a pain, but that's isn't the fault of the registrar's office. I work nearby so I will take advantage of early voting here again and avoid the long lines on Election Day See More

After three phone calls and two emails to the Registrar's office, both my husband and myself were denied the right to vote today. We've both been registered to... vote absentee for a long time but our ballots never arrived. We started calling three weeks before the election because we would not be in town on election day and therefore could not vote provisionally. They claimed twice that our ballots were reissued but none ever arrived. Michael Sanchez contacted me and said they would help me but then he went radio silent also. It's interesting that the one independent in our home received his voting materials, but the two Republican ballots were lost THREE times. How sad that two Americans, one who served his country for 22 years, are not allowed to vote by the LA County Registrar. See More

I went there Wednesday, Oct 26, 2016 to get a copy of my daughter's birth certificate. I saw that there was Early Voting and that I could pick up my ballot to m...ail it in so I went ahead even though the # of people there was surprising, it didn't take long. I just waited a few minutes so my ballot could be put together and brought it home. I'm mailing it in. See More

Great job making the early voting go so smoothly. The logistics behind such a massive effort must have been mind boggling. And thanks to all of your friendly, organized employees who worked through the week-end. Democracy works because of efforts like these.

Responsiveness via FB Messenger is okay but Vote By Mail seems to be having systematic issues. First Vote By Mail is MIA. Palmdale Station claims not have seen ...any. Registrar cancels and reissues per Messenger. As of today's mail run not at station. Now the story is carrier claims to be seeing them here and there. I intend to vote the way I choose. before Nov 8 as my right. Not sure what the issues are whether clerical USPS or otherwise. The process can be better if everyone respects democracy. See More

What a lovely experience having our wedding ceremony here. The minister was very pleasant and although it's not the same as a traditional church wedding it was very lovely just the same. And our wedding guests made it very personal and it truly couldn't have been nicer!!

I went to the office to vote early, everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was a poll worker for the June primary and will be a poll worker for the coming election. I have no complaint about any county employee I have encountered for either election.

All workers very helpful. Pulled into the employee lot first and then was redirected. Parking was easy, all staff were helpful in getting the job done. Plenty of voting booths. Felt more confidant that my vote will be counted!

With the amount of people taking care of business of course you're going to be waiting long but with the amount of windows they keep open the lines move decently...go early to find parking

I went to Surrender my Notary Journal!!! The process was easy and quick. The only thing I was shocked about was, there was a $10 surrendering fee that I was not aware of!!!

Poll workers threatened police action on me in Redondo Beach unless I took their provisional ballot. LA County did not send me my Vote By Mail ballot and preven...ted me from having my vote count today. Further, Benjamin, an election official from the recorders office was there and kept claiming there was nothing he could do. A police officer came up to one foot away from me while I was trying to vote. As wel, I had to tell another poll worker to step away from me as she stood behind me while I was in a booth. Clear and obvious voter intimidation. Thanks for a lovely experience. And you wonder why you only ever get 20% turn out. See More
