After the library closing early unexpectedly due to no heat I was unable to get my museum passes. Through FB messages Katelyn went above and beyond and went back over an hour after being closed to get... me the tickets. I cannot express how thankful I am to her and her act of going above and beyond her job duties. Thank you again Katelyn, I truly appreciate it! See More

I know one experience doesn't speak for the overall services of the library. But I don't visit it often so one bad experience is all it takes. Called today was told library closed at 5pm. Got there 445pm to find the doors locked. Both of them. I called to get the business hours and someone picked up. The person I spoke to on the telephone was actually nice and professional thus the 2 stars. Was better off just walking away. Inside I was greeted by a rude and unprofessional staff. Rushing me. As she was chewing on food. If you are going to close early on Fridays I suggest you correct this on your Web page and on your answering service. I was conscious about your business hours and was not going to take my sweet time there. I literally walked in and walked out with the books I needed in 3 and still had 5 minutes to spare. See More

Went there to study yesterday and had to leave to find someplace else. The tiny study area is right above the staff desk where employees were talking and laughing loudly, there was someone nodding out... on my left and someone else listening to music on my right. I understand this is a public library but maybe if the staff were more quiet and professional, visitors would follow suit. See More

I grew up attending this library. My brother and I practically lived there when we were kids. It saddens me because it seems that kids don't read as much anymore. This library will always be special t...o me. Excellent staff and resources as well. See More
