I have been a frequent patron of this store for many years, after today I will never return to the store again.
I was treat so incredibly badly (by the owner!) when I asked to put my name in the book... to be notified of more product arriving. After being told "they can't assist me here" - as if I was not worthy of their time or help, I put down the times I had planned on buying and left.
I would rather travel 30minutes out of my way to Woodstock to purchase my craft and wool supplies there instead of ever returning to this store.

Yarns, crafting and sewing notions, more yarn, fabric, embroidery, tapestry, novelties and gifts. And more yarn... What's not to love?
There is an air of inspired excitement as shoppers select yarn f...or their next project. The sales Ladies are knowledgable, encouraging and very helpful if you find yourself overwhelmed.
Reasonably priced with ample parking on a vacant lot opposite the shop. The only downside?
I blow my budget.
Every. Single. Visit.
But that's really my problem now isn't it?

Fantastic shop . They stock a huge variety of yarn from all over the world. Helpful and very patient staff. And the mother and daughter team are both so charming.I am so glad that I found my wool shop... after moving from Pretoria! See More

My opinion - the best Wool & Habby shop in the southern suburbs. I always enjoy spending time in the shop. The owner and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful.
