We had a real treat this morning at StoryTime. One of our mothers plays a violin and she brought it with her. Everyone heard a classical music piece, a country jig and then we sang The Itsy Bitsy Spider along with the violin. Just wonderful. Then our 44 attendees used vegetables to paint stamp flowers in their vases. It was such a fun morning!!!!
You might be wondering if Ms. Mary is still having StoryTime on Friday's at 10am! Yes! Yes, we are!!! 47 in attendance last Friday, March 9!!! Large attendances with happy children and wiggly bodies, active busy crafts makes it VERY hard to take pictures these days. So here are a few from our Alphabet StoryTimes in January February and March. Lots and lots of fun going on here. Lots and lots of cuteness too. I get my Grandma Fix!!!!
“Libraries allow children to ask questions about the world and find the answers. and the wonderful thing is that once a child learns to use a library, the doors to learning are always open.”l
